This study aims to determine the development of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Equity Return Rate (ROE) on Stock Prices and analyze how much influence the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Equity Return Rate (ROE) on Stock Prices are partially and simultaneously in the Textile and Garment Sub-sector company for the period 2012-2016. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the financial statements per year 2012-2016, as many as 30 samples. The statistical test used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Statistics 17.0. The results showed that partially the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) had a significant effect on the Stock Price, Equity Return Rate (ROE) had a significant effect on the Share Price and simultaneously Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Equity Return Rate (ROE) had a significant effect on Stock Prices. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan per tahun 2012-2016, sebanyak 30 sampel. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistics 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Perputaran Total Aset (TATO) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dan secara simultan Perputaran Total Aset (TATO) dan Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. This research aims to find evidence on whether the capital structure and dividend's policy have an impact on the firm's value. The study uses a firm-level panel data as all companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange who pays the dividend during the period of 2010-2015. The study develops three reseach hypoteses, which are used to represent the main theories of capital structure and theories of corporate dividends. The method used in this research consisted of the quantitative research method using explanatory survey. The design of analysis used is multiple regression analysis, coefficient of correlation analysis, and coefficient of determinant analysis. While hypothesis testing using t-test and F test. The research finding shows in partial effect the capital structure had the impact on firm's value, but the dividend's policy had not impacted significantly on firm's value. In simultaneously effect the capital structure and dividend's policy had the impact to firm's value. The implication of this study is to provide input for managers in establishing capital structure policies and dividend policies to increase the value of the company.
Abstract. The purpose of this research is to identify the determinants of corporate dividend policy At The Telecommuniactions in Indonesian. The Study uses a firm-level panel data set of four publicly traded the telecommunications on Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2010-2015. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan data panel empat perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010-2015. Dalam penelitian ini disusun empat hipotesis penelitian, yang digunakan untuk mewakili teori utama kebijakan dividen. Rancangan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat pengembalian modal berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, tetapi rasio lancar dan rasio hutang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Secara simultan tingkat pengembalian modal, rasio lancar, dan rasio hutang berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen.Katakunci. rasio hutang; rasio lancar; rasio pembayaran dividen; tingkat pengembalian modal.
The article aimed to substantiate the differentiated impact of critical internal factors of the economic activities on the market value of shares for joint-stock companies accounting for the organizational development cycle. Using the Company’s Financial Statements in the Automotive and Component subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2008-2021, the Chow test, path analysis, and t-criterion, we determined the features of the relationship between the share price and the economic performance indicators of joint-stock companies are determined. We used path analysis for modeling to assess the relationship between the price of shares and the number of dividend payments per share, asset turnover, and net profit per share built. A differentiated nature of the relationship between the indicators depending on the accounting company’s life cycle has been established. Knowing the stage of the business, the company can develop the most effective dividend strategy and determine the appropriate management method.
Mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap return saham syariah menjadi latar belakang utama penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor eksternal, berupa Inflasi, harga emas, dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap return saham syariah di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2017-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) yang berjumlah 30 emiten. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 emiten syariah. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial inflasi berpengaruh terhadap return saham syariah, sedangkan harga emas dan tingkat suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham syariah. Sedangkan secara simultan inflasi, harga emas, dan tingkat suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham syariah di Indonesia.
