This dissertation aims to understand how the vision of the education influences and contributes to teacher development in a context where dialogue between them is part of the premise of the teacher educator program. It is a qualitative research of exploratory and descriptive nature (COHEN, MANION, 2002). It relies on procedures from content analysis (MORAES, 1999) to search and comprehend changes or stagnation of teacher's action after the course of workshops and during feedback meetings. The text is mainly grounded in the concepts of professional development (OLIVEIRA-FORMOSINHO, 2009) and teacher knowledge (TARDIF, 2012) as well as model for teacher development based on a critical-reflective perspective (NUNES e NUNES, 2013). Este artigo pretende discutir como um administrador poderá usar as informações que obtémde jornais e revistas. Discute também a impossibilidade de ser imparcial em um textojornalístico, já que sempre há interesses na publicação de qualquer matéria. Para alcançar esseobjetivo, foram utilizados livros e artigos relacionados à interpretação dos discursos,reportagens, artigos publicados ao longo de um período, e uma entrevista. Nossos resultadosmostraram que a mídia impressa analisada não é imparcial na divulgação de suas notícias.Assim, um administrado ético, ao ler uma reportagem, deve filtrar as informaçõesapresentadas. Aquele que for mais experiente e conectado com seus pares poderá tomardecisões mais maduras.
O objetivo deste artigo é compreender quais os possíveis motivos que impedem os alunos deescolas públicas a aprenderem a se comunicar em língua inglesa. O tema torna-se importantejá que neste país profissionais bilíngües recebem melhores salários o que impacta no modo devida de qualquer pessoa. O nosso estudo nos levou a pensar sobre os objetivos do ensino delíngua inglesa na escola pública numa tentativa de entender se seus os mesmos atendem aomercado de trabalho. Para iniciarmos nossas reflexões aplicamos um questionário a um grupode alunos do Ensino Médio e lemos artigos relacionados ao tema, publicações do MEC e daSEE relacionados ao currículo de Língua Inglesa e conseguimos informações sobre aafirmação de que quem fala uma segunda língua recebe melhor salário. Concluímos com acerteza de que a escola precisa inserir, em seu horizonte, a necessidade de ensinar inglêsefetivamente de maneira a dar chances reais de mudança de vida de seus estudantes.
