During the Covid 19 pandemic, entrepreneurship learning activities in universities were carried out boldly. This is a challenge for lecturers to design technology-based entrepreneurship learning that can increase student motivation in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to produce a technopreneurship learning design model for UNISKA Kediri students with a scientific approach. This type of research is a development research using the 4D model consisting of: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The stages of research activities consist of: 1) problem problems, needs analysis and learning analysis; 2) scientific technopreneurship cooperation approach; 3) scientific technopreneurship business plan design; 4) products (prototypes of goods or services), 5) job evaluation. The results showed that the technopreneurship learning design was very feasible to use. From the measurement results of the three expert validators, the measurement results (p) is greater than or equal to 3.93 and less than 4 with the very valid category. The application of technopreneurship learning received a positive response from students and was able to increase the entrepreneurial motivation of UNISKA Kediri students in 2020. The development of technopreneurship learning designs still needs to be carried out through a process of creativity and innovation supported by the use of learning technology in its application. To produce a technopreneurship learning output product that has high selling value, it is necessary to interact with the university and other stakeholders such as: local government, investors, industry, business organizations, and the technopreneur community.
<p>Kebun bibit kediri is one of the tourism destinations that offers a variety of attractive tourist objects for visitors from various regions. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the satisfaction of visitors to kebun bibit kediri. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research activity was all visitors to kebun bibit kediri tour during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely selecting respondents based on certain criteria. The number of research samples were 80 respondents. Methods of data collection using literature study, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research instrument was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using factor analysis. . The results showed that based on the factor analysis that had been carried out, it could be grouped. five factors of concern to the manager, namely 1). service quality factor, 2). Emotional factor, 3). Product quality factors, .4). public facilities factor, 5) price factor. but the dominant factor is the service quality factor. By looking at the existing conditions during the covid 19 conditions, it is hoped that the management will increase the factors that can increase the income of kebun bibit kediri.</p>
Strategi proses bisnis yang dinilai efektif dalam penerapan SCM (Supply Chain Management) adalah penggunaan metode perencanaan kolaboratif, peramalan dan pengisian ulang atau CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, And Replenishment) dimana produsen, distributor, dan pengecer bekerjasama untuk merencanakan, meramalkan, dan mengisi kembali produk yang dijual di pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses penyusunan peramalan kolaboratif antara mitra rantai pasok (Supply Chain) dengan mengacu pada alur kerja model CPFR dalam bisnis manufaktur skala mikro dan menemukan metode peramalan yang dinilai paling efektif dan efisien yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan keputusan dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi sepanjang rantai pasok. Analisis peramalan menggunakan model time series dengan 3 metode yaitu Moving Averages dengan periode waktu 4 bulanan, Trend Projection metode exponential smooting dengan α = 0.1, α = 0.5, α = 0.9 dan Linier Regression (Least Squares). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode Linier Regression (Least Squares) merupakan metode yang paling efektif yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan keputusan dalam perencanaan dan pengendalian produksi sepanjang rantai pasok. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of quality, design, and price on purchasing decisions of furniture products partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all customers of Jati Indah Furniture. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is 38 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Data analysis used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The value of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.715 + 1.060(X1) + 0.108(X2) + (0.199)(X3). The results of this study indicate that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for furniture products; (2) product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for furniture products; (3) product prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for furniture products; (4) quality, design, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for furniture products; The implication of the results of this study is to provide managerial information, especially on the marketing aspect of furniture products. The results of this study can be used as the basis for making decisions by the manager of Jati Indah Furniture about the variables that influence purchasing decisions for furniture products, namely: product quality, product design, and product price. Suggestions for further researchers are to examine other variables that might influence the decision to purchase furniture products such as promotion, product innovation, service quality, and consumer trust.
Usaha jasa hotel syariah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami perkembangan dan peningkatan. Hal ini terlihat di beberapa kota mulai berdiri hotel syariah, termasuk hotel muslim yang ada di Kediri. Lokasi yang strategis tidak berarti menjadikan hotel muslim terhindar dari persaingan bisnis. Upaya meningkatkan pelanggan harus dilakukan Hotel Muslim agar bias bersaing dengan hotel-hotel lainnya di Kediri. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membahas upaya pengembangan strategi Hotel Muslim. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk menentukan alternatif upaya pengembangan strategi Hotel Muslim. Hasil penelitian diperoleh beberapa pengembangan strategi Hotel Muslim, antara lain: (1)meningkatkan variasi produk, menetapkan harga yang terjangkau, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih bagus, (2) meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM yang yang lebih berkompeten, meningkatkan fasilitas, menambah modal, (3) mempertahankan ciri khas produk dengan berbasis ekonomi syariah, menjalin kerjasama dengan pondok pesantren dan instansi pemerintah, (4) melakukan upaya pengembangan strategi promosi di semua media untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar. , meningkatkan kerjasma dengan berbagai instansi pemerintah dan swasta.
