Introduction. In the context of integration and globalization of the world economy, the socio-economic efficiency of the enterprise is the main prerequisite for ensuring its competitiveness at both national and global levels. Ensuring the effectiveness of personnel management helps to increase the efficiency of the enterprise, which is one of the most important tasks for the national economy. Acting as the main criterion for the functioning of the subsystem of personnel management at the enterprise, the effectiveness of personnel management reflects the level of formation, accumulation and use of human, social and intellectual capital. The purpose of the article is to determine the methodological foundations of the organization and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of functional training for the personnel management at the enterprise. Results. The analysis of personnel management by its essence and key characteristics, as well as the study of the evolution of approaches to determining the effectiveness of the enterprise made it possible to clarify the nature of managerial influence to bring personnel management subsystems in the right state. Synthesis of the obtained generalized definitions of efficiency and personnel management, as well as morphological analysis of existing scientific interpretations of the definition of "personnel management efficiency" allowed to offer an author's understanding based on targeted, cost and system approaches. to offer a set of measures of organizational and economic support to increase personnel management efficiency. It has been identified that the most influential tools that can improve the quality of staff work are careers and staff motivation. The conceptual determinants of ensuring the personnel management efficiency at enterprises are substantiated. The article presents the study of the current state of the logistics sector of Ukraine, its problems and prospects for development. Based on the collected statistics, conclusions were made about the situation of the logistics market, the problems it faces and possible directions for further development. The purpose of the study is to show the situation of the modern logistics sector, its problems, as well as prospects for development by analyzing logistics expenditures, the share of export-import logistics services, and the positions of Ukraine in the rate of Logistic Performance Index. From the point of view of transport and logistics, Ukraine occupies a favorable geographical position, as its powerful transport potential takes into account road, rail, sea, river, air and pipeline transport. However, from the viewpoint of the global logistics market, Ukraine continues to be at a disadvantage, yielding to Western countries in conducting international trade in terms of logistics services. Such difference between the favorable geographical location and the insufficiently high level of development of the logistics system does not allow Ukraine to take a leading place in the global economy. In addition, in the context of globalization of international markets and expansion of economic development, the logistics sector of Ukraine needs more and more attention. Hence, only effective solutions can improve the situation. Otherwise, Ukraine risks to get into crisis. Problems of international transport and logistics systems functioning are revealed and the ways to improve the market of logistics services in Ukraine are proposed. Thus, it is more important nowadays to analyze the problems of this sector taking into consideration independent data and identify its prospects. Стаття присвячена визначенню та аналізу цифрової трансформації бізнесу. У даний час цифровізація є пріоритетною спрямованістю розвитку діяльності будь-якої компанії, яка логічно реалізуються починаючи з окремо взятих бізнес-процесів до побудови моделі бізнесу, що заснована на комплексній цифровій трансформації. Цифровізація бізнес-процесів та підприємств наразі являється об'єктивною необхідністю, яка слугує платформою для підвищення його конкурентоспроможності на ринку. Формування цифрової культури бізнесу є фундаментом його майбутнього функціонування та зростання. Якщо раніше основу конкурентних переваг достатньо було формувати в межах якості, ціни чи рівня обслуговування, то сьогодні для отримання стійкої конкурентної переваги бізнесу необхідно комплексно впроваджувати інновації та цифрові технології на всіх рівнях діяльності. У статті визначено та структуровано послідовність рівнів цифровізації бізнесу з описом їх ключових характеристик. Наведено передумови цифрової трансформації, визначено подальші перспективи та можливі проблемні аспекти.
Introduction. In accordance with modern trends, which are characterized by variability and unpredictability of the external and internal environment, it is important to use adapted and flexible management tools that will be aimed at ensur-ing and guaranteeing the economic security of the enterprise. Given the fact that personnel security remains the main ele-ment of the security system, because the staff is involved in all business processes at the enterprise, the issues of its formation and provision in changing business conditions become relevant. The purpose of the article is to develop and characterize the scheme of formation and implementation of the personnel security system, as well as to outline the tools of the mechanism of compliance with the personnel security of agricultural enterprises. Results. It is established that the formation of mechanisms and systems of personnel security management of enter-prises is a reaction of their management to the challenges of the external and internal environment, which are a consequence of the manifestation of the corresponding risks and threats. The basis of personnel security at the enterprise is a system of measures, levers and tools to prevent personnel risks and threats, integration of rules, algorithms and procedures for person-nel management in the overall management system of the enterprise, creating dynamic systems of motivation and incentives to compensate for negative manifestations of economic behavior in the process of performing production and management functions and responsibilities. It is substantiated that staff development in the context of personnel security includes such processes as: assessment of the knowledge level, skills and abilities of staff and identification of the need for staff training; budgeting for professional development of staff; formation the training program and personnel development; implementa-tion of the personnel development program; evaluation of training effectiveness. The shortcomings and measures to elimi-nate them in relation to the process of personnel security formation as a functional component of enterprise economic security are identified. The article is devoted to the definition and analysis of the features of international technology transfer. The aggravation of the economic situation in Ukraine, first as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and later as a result of a full-scale invasion, significantly affected all socio-economic processes both within our country and on a global scale. The result of such modern challenges was a slowdown in global economic growth. In order to activate the innovative environment in Ukraine, it is necessary to solve the issue of ensuring the exit of domestic progressive technologies, including those produced by small and medium-sized enterprises, to world markets. Therefore, international transfer is the priority direction of Ukrainian innovation policy. Since the goal of technology transfer is precisely the economic growth and improvement of the population’s well-being, its development acquires urgent significance in terms of solving the problems outlined above. The article examines the essence and features of international technology transfer. The positive features of technology transfer are identified. The stages of technology transfer are characterized. In the conditions of recovery and development of the Ukrainian economy, the construction of an effective technology transfer mechanism will be based on the construction of an effective mechanism of interaction between the state and business structures, the development of technology transfer centers, and the expansion of state policy in the field of technology transfer. It has been determined that increasing the efficiency of the technology transfer mechanism will contribute to increasing the level of development of information and communication technologies through the creation of specialized scientific and technological platforms. Forms of technology transfer are outlined. Sources of technology transfer commercialization are considered. The main methods of commercialization of technology transfer are defined.
