Population administration is a public service system for the community in providing services regarding population needs. The problem that often occurs is related to data storage. Files sent by the public to take care of administration in the form of hard copies are vulnerable to loss and damage if they are not stored and archived properly. In addition, the public cannot monitor the extent to which the files they submit, whether their files are appropriate or not or complete or not. This study aims to develop a public service system through a population administration system using the development of an extreme programming (XP) system. XP is used because it is able to develop systems with needs that change very quickly. The population administration system that is managed is the administration related to births, deaths and changing of domiciles. The system was developed web-based, so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. In addition, the system developed is equipped with file monitoring facilities, so that the public can easily find out from the files or data submitted. The resulting application is in the good category, because based on usability testing shows an average value of 88% in the good category, so the application is feasible to use and as needed.
Sulitnya merancang media pembelajaran terintegrasi TIK secara bermakna yang memenuhi standar kualitas media pembelajaran merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru-guru bidang studi. Tujuan kegiatan adalah melatih guru bidang studi MTsN 01 Kota Payakumbuh agar memiliki kemampuan (pedagogi) dalam merancang media pembelajaran (konten) menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan 3 (tiga) tahap yaitu, pemaparan materi dan tanya jawab, praktik kerja, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama praktik kerja, guru-guru telah memahami langkah-langkah dalam merancang media pembelajaran terintegrasi TIK. Antusias guru bertanya dalam menyelesaikan media terlihat pada saat melakukan identifikasi perangkat TIK, pencarian materi ajar menggunakan internet dan pada saat menyusun media kedalam Ms. Powerpoint. Dari 64 lembar angket yang disebar dan dianalisa secara kuantitatif, diketahui 53.125% guru menyatakan pelatihan yang dilakukan dikategorikan baik, 37.5 % menyatakan kurang, dan 9.375 % menyatakan sangat kurang. Meskipun lebih dari ½ dari peserta pelatihan menyatakan puas dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam perencanaan awal (pembagian kelompok dan persiapan RPP), serta proses pelatihan (kurangnya waktu diskusi hasil praktik kerja peserta). Dengan menambahkan durasi waktu dan membagi kelompok berdasarkan usia produktif dengan usia tidak produktif, maka pelatihan menggunakan metode input, proses dan output ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dalam merancang media pembelajaran yang bermakna dalam proses pembelajaran.
Monitoring and evaluation are the jobs that are often done by the Payakumbuh Public Works Department to maximize work in the field. The Payakumbuh Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office itself is experiencing difficulties in monitoring and evaluating work in the field that is currently underway and the activities carried out have been realized. So far, office work has been monitored manually one by one because the Payakumbuh (PUPR) does not have an information system that can monitor and evaluate all work simultaneously and provide an overall target picture yet. In activities, especially work at the Payakumbuh PUPR Service, it applies the application of gender mainstreaming ("PUG"). The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia as the target for PUG implementation is the integration of a gender perspective into the internal culture of the Ministry of Public Works (at the central and regional levels) to produce an institutional culture that is sensitive to gender issues. To monitor this, applications are developed using the Agile Development software system development methodology. Researchers designed this website application to overcome this problem. The system was built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework. The results showed that the application of reports on the implementation of gender mainstreaming activities with the Laravel Framework helped website developer performance to be more effective and efficient than using the static PHP programming language. The Laravel framework supports is object oriented and supports all databases. The Uniform Resource Locators (URL) structure used in Laravel is much more flexible and much easier to change in routing.
