This study was conducted to investigate the perspectives of sports science students on factors affecting distance learning in the setting of Indonesian higher education institutions (HEIs). This study proposed an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) with eight variables; experience, enjoyment, self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention to use, and actual use. An online survey was used to collect data from 1291 respondents. The structural model was examined through the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The multi-group analysis (MGA) was conducted to understand the role of geographical areas in moderating all hypothetical relationships. The findings show that the respondents were not excited about online learning due to weak means (below 3) for most items of five variables; enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, and intention to use. All relationships were supported except the relationship between experience and perceived usefulness. The strongest significant relationship emerged between intention to use and actual use. Meanwhile, the least significant relationship was found between self-efficacy and perceived usefulness. Three out of 12 hypotheses were confirmed regarding the differences of geographical areas (rural and urban) regarding all relationship paths. The findings add to a deeper understanding of the acceptability of distance learning during pandemics like COVID-19.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Circuit Training training and beetroot giving to the improvement of endurance abilities in karate athletes. This research method using experimental methods. Population and sample were 10 athletes of Karate Dojo at SMA PAB 4 Sampali who were obtained by total sampling technique, then divided into two groups using matching pairing techniques, namely the Circuit Training training group and giving beets and without giving beets (control group). The research instrument for data collection using tests and measurements, namely the Bleeb test endurance test. The first hypothesis 0.120> 0.05, Ha is rejected, meaning that the first hypothesis Ho is accepted, there is no significant effect of Circuit Training training and Beetroot Training on the increase in athlete's endurance. The second hypothesis 0.183> 0.05, Ha is rejected, meaning that the conclusion of the second hypothesis Ho is accepted there is no significant effect of Circuit Training without giving beet fruit (control group) on the increase in athlete's endurance. The third hypothesis shows that the Sig. 0.757> 0.05, then Ha is rejected, that is, there is no significant difference between the average value of the post-training circuit training and the giving of beets between the experimental group without giving beets (control group).
This research was motivated by the low level of dribble skills in the game of football in class VIII students of Budi Agung Private Junior High School, Medan. Based on this, the research objective was to determine the effect of playing methods on the dribbling ability of soccer games. The population and sample studied in this study were 30 students and the sample was taken using total sampling. This research is a field experiment research and the design of this study used a pre test post test group design. From the research results, it can be seen that the significance (0.010) is smaller than 0.05 and the t-test result (2.739) is greater than the t-table (0.3610), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the playing method on the dribble ability of the game. football students of class VIII SMP Private Budi Agung Medan.
This study aims to determine the results of the formation of student character in a full day school. The method used is descriptive quantitative using the ex post facto approach. The population of this research was 117 people and 33 samples were taken using purposive random sampling technique. With data analysis techniques to see the average results of the formation of student characters using a character questionnaire. Based on the results of statistical data that has been done by researchers, students in the Full Day School environment have an average character of 88.21. From these data it can be concluded that students who are in full day school have good character.
Wabah Covid-19 tidak hanya merupakan masalah nasional dalam suatu Negara, tapi sudah merupakan masalah global. Berdasarkan hal tersebut para atlet bisa saja terkendala dalam hal berprestasi. Prestasi tidak hanya tergantung pada penguasaan teknik dan taktik saja, tetapi peranan kemantapan jiwa dalam latihan dan pertandingan ternyata juga ikut menentukan. Sudah sejak lama olahraga dianggap hanya milik kaum maskulin, tetapi keterlibatan wanita dalam olahraga juga sudah mengikuti anggapan itu Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi berprestasi atlet putri cabang olahraga petanque Sumatera Utara dimasa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis deskriptif denagn yang menjadi populasi adalah atlet petanque sumatera utara yang berjumlah 10 atlet diambil keseluruhan sebagai sampel. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket atau kuesioner. Berdasarkan tabel di atas bahwa hasil tingkat motivasi berprestasi atlet putri cabang olahraga petanque Sumatera Utara dimasa pandemi covid 19 berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 40 %, kategori tinggi sebesar 20 %, kategori sedang sebesar 20 %, dan kategori rendah sebanyak sebesar 20 %. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan tingkat motivasi berprestasi atlet putri cabang olahraga petanque Sumatera Utara dimasa pandemi covid 19 berada dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Motivasi, petanque, covid-19
This study aims to find out how to improve learning outcomes Passing on the Volleyball game through the Demonstration Method in Class V Students of Alur Tani Elementary School, Aceh Tamiang District, 2019/2020 Academic Year. The object in this study were students of Class V with a total of 30 students consisting of 12 male students and 18 female students who would be given action in the form of using the Demonstration Method to the learning outcomes of Passing above. Based on the results of student learning in the first cycle, the first learning outcomes test was carried out, it can be seen that the initial ability of students in performing the ball passing technique was still low. Of the 30 students, there were 20 people (66%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 10 people (34%) had not yet achieved mastery learning. The average value of student learning outcomes is 76.3. Whereas in cycle II it can be seen that the students' ability to test classical learning outcomes has increased. Of the 30 students, there were 26 students (86.2%) who had achieved mastery learning, while 4 people (13.8%) had not yet achieved mastery learning. The average value of student learning outcomes is 80.7, so there is an increase of 25% learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. It can be concluded that learning the Demonstration Method can improve learning outcomes Passing for volleyball games.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui Analisis Ketercapaian Hasil Belajar Psikomotorik Materi Kebugaran Jasmani pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 165733 Tebing Tinggi Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan melalui pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembatasan waktu yakni pada materi kebugaran jasmani dengan hasil pengukuran psikomotorik. Materi yang disampaikan guru dilakukan melalui tatap muka singkat yakni memberikan penjelasan langsung dan contoh peragaan terhadap materi kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan menggambarkan berbagai kondisi, berbagai situasi, atau berbagai fenomena realitas sosial. Penelitian ini berfokus perolehan kegiatan yang mencerminkan capaian hasil belajar psikomotorik materi kebugaran jasmani melalui pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan instrumen rubrik psikomotorik yang dimodifikasi sesuai karakter siswa dan situasi pembelajaran di SD Negeri 165733 Tebing Tinggi tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian terkait pembelajaran PJOK materi kabugaran jasmani untuk kelas V SD Negeri 165733 Tebing Tinggi dengan jumlah 12 orang dan menjadi subjek penelitian diperoleh data 5 orang siswa memiliki nilai rata-rata melampaui Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) yaitu 75 dan 7 orang siswa memiliki nilai cukup. Nilai rata-rata siswa secara keseluruhan adalah 79. Simpulan dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 165733 Tebing Tinggi memiliki hasil belajar yang cukup baik materi kebugaran jasmani pada situasi pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran PJOK. Siswa dapat melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembatasan waktu tanpa mengalami kesulitan untuk mencapai KKM. Situasi ini dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah sehingga siswa dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang telah ditetapkan.
Recognizing and developing the game of sepak takraw at school basic then need to make development according to the level of growth and development of children. This study aims to develop suitable and user-friendly soft takraw balls for children. This research and development adopt the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which focuses on developing sepak takraw for children's sports by paying attention to three aspects of quality; namely effective, practical, and valid. The takraw balls that were created have been validated by sports experts such as physical education teachers, sepak takraw practitioners, and also by respondents. The results of validation data by experts, a total score of 90% (r=.9) showed high validity. Validation data by media experts and user respondents obtained 100% (r= 1.0) which is also high validity. It can be concluded that the newly created soft takraw balls for children are suitable for the game nature and user-friendly. The quality of the ball will reduce the cost and increase the usage among young players due to the practicality.
