El artículo aborda las preguntas teóricas: ¿cómo se constituye el sujeto mujer? y ¿de qué manera se puede acceder a esa experiencia subjetiva? Para reflexionar en torno a ellas, es indispensable presentar y discutir lo que se ha dicho sobre las mujeres en las ciencias sociales alrededor de tres conceptos centrales: identidad de género, maternidad y el par público-privado y la manera en que éstos han construido en distintos momentos el modelo hegemónico de lo femenino. Como resultado de la discusión planteamos la necesidad de incluir el análisis situado de otras categorías e integrar en los diálogos teóricos el trabajo profesional desde lo público –y no como “extradoméstico”–, como eje organizador de las identidades de género femeninas de las mujeres profesionistas que trabajan como nuevas realidades en las que las mujeres viven su feminidad.
Resumen: El objetivo del presente artículo es identificar los obstáculos que enfrentan las personas de la diversidad sexoafectiva respecto del ejercicio de la maternidad/paternidad. Utilizamos el método biográfico, desde un abordaje interseccional, en un proceso investigativo dialógico-recursivo. Realizamos entrevistas a nueve informantes clave pertenecientes a la academia, la psicoterapia, la política y el activismo. Encontramos que existen obstáculos en los ámbitos: simbólico, institucional y fáctico, que se (re)producen y afectan recursivamente. Concluimos que los obstáculos relacionados con el ejercicio de la parentalidad desde la diversidad sexoafectiva generan autolimitaciones afectivas asociadas a la (im)posibilidad de pensarse como potencial madre/padre basadas en el contexto social hostil que enfrentan.
This text gives account of the tensions and contradictions emerging from the need to respond to motherhood and respond to the demands of the scientific activity, at a time when the boundaries between the domestic-family and the work public are being erased, leaving to know how women keep think of themselves and we continue to think of ourselves as exclusively responsible for care, as motherhood continues to be central for the configuration female identities. The text counts with the analysis of comments on informative websites, as well as information provided by a netnography made on Facebook, based on the comments of by academic women make and which express the discomforts about the double, or triple burden, they have to perform, indoors. The analysis allows to highlight the existence of an ideal traditional model of motherhood, which is in tension with autonomous and independent female professional identities that, given the confinement derived from the pandemic, becomes more visible, making also more evident the strategies and the difficulties in terms of professional and personal times.
