Regards croisés sur la loi en faveur des travailleurs en situation de handicap : quels enjeux éthiques ? Transversal views on legislation benefiting disabled workers: what are the ethical issues?
Le but de ce papier est de comprendre combien il est complexe de gérer une politique diversité pour un responsable diversité. En nous appuyant sur l’étude de cas du groupe Crédit Agricole S.A., nous souhaitons montrer que la diversité place le responsable dans une situation où il découvre l’entière réalité de son sujet et la difficulté de le rationaliser : la diversité est insaisissable pour nos pensées. Au travers d’un dialogue, nous pouvons voir le sentiment de contradiction que cela engendre. Il doit circonscrire un sujet qui par essence ne doit pas être rationalisé sous peine de le perdre.
Cette étude s’intéresse à la perception de collaborateurs en situation de handicap et managers au sujet de la politique handicap d’un groupe financier. L’analyse qualitative et le positionnement épistémologique interprétativiste des données confirme bien un découplage entre discours et pratiques au sujet de cette dimension de la diversité qu’est le handicap. La mesure de cet écart à travers le regard de la principale partie prenante du sujet (les collaborateurs en situation de handicap) permet d’obtenir en même temps que la mesure, des actions correctives. Les suggestions des collaborateurs sont essentielles pour un management réussi du handicap et par extension de la diversité.
A partir d’un dialogue avec le « Délégué à la philosophie de l’organisation » d’un groupe industriel français, cet article vise à comprendre en quoi peut consister aujourd’hui une fonction se revendiquant comme philosophique dans une entreprise. Le dialogue de deux chercheurs en gestion avec un « philosophe en entreprise » s’efforce de comprendre l’utilité, mais aussi les ambiguïtés dans l’identité du philosophe en entreprise. Pris entre la double exigence de dire la vérité et de satisfaire son employeur, le philosophe en entreprise se révèle être un « un drôle d’animal », à la fois consultant, coach et sophiste, manipulé et manipulateur. In fine , il se révèle plutôt comme semblable au « taon » décrit dans l’ Apologie de Socrate , piquant de ses constats ses interlocuteurs pour les tenir éveillés.
