The creative city is one of the ways found by UNESCO to highlight new ways for cities to carry out their economic processes, related or applied in the routines of the regions. The objective of this study was to identify the characteristics that make the Integrated Region of Economic Development (RIDE) of the Petrolina Pole (PE) - Juazeiro (BA) a potential candidate for a vacancy in the select group of the Creative Cities Network - RCC of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). In addition, it was intended to point out the benefits of the insertion of the region in this network, which, among other objectives, seeks cooperation between cities, cultural, tourist, creative, economic development, and the reduction of social inequalities, through the Creative Economy. Thus, it is a qualitative, exploratory, descriptive, and bibliographical research, where for its development was used the systematic literature review (RSL) in order to meet relevant criteria. The main findings indicate that the RIDE region of Petrolina has characteristics and elements such as transport infrastructure and socio-environmental and cultural potential that can make it a hub of creative economic development.
There is a growing concern in the world of production with the potentialization of food capacity and, with that, seek what we call food security. In this sense, it deserves a food production developed in urban spaces, commonly called community care hours. In Vale do Francisco, especially Petrolina-PE and Juazeiro-BA, this reality is quite present as important food production poles, including in urban areas, with vegetable gardens producing for several decades. This becomes even more important when it comes to agroecological production, as it results in much more functional foods. In general terms, this research presents the food supply in, giving visibility to urban production in the cities of Petrolina-PE and Juazeiro-BA. In addition, part of the purposes of this study is to identify the main production in the urban space of these two cities, develop a geoenvironmental characterization, demonstrate the social benefits of this model of economic production and present as a product a cartographic asset of public domain of the area in question. How to survey the methodologies and in the productive spaces, inloco data collection, in addition to increasing the productivity of application projects of the cartographic application areas of project for the production of a cartographic application. It is aimed at the social groups still with a direct view in food molds to the construction of this productive model in the urban area of the cities of Petrolina-PE and Juazeiro-BA.
Territory has dimensions and meanings that vary according to each society and how the ways of life are assigned, and can be understood as a safeguard, the environment where we live, or as a provider, the place where all the natural resources and raw materials necessary for the survival of societies are available.Thus, the semi-arid territories are immersed in this complexity that defines the territory in its various aspects. The objective of this work was to analyze scientific publications that address the dynamics of territorial development and the complexities of the Brazilian semi-arid region, emphasizing food production in the São Francisco Valley (VSF), the creative economy and the relevance of environmental education with a view to sustainability. This is a quali-quantitative, exploratory and bibliographic research, having as methodological strategy the systematic literature review with specific protocols, where only peer-reviewed articles were used, with a minimum Qualis of B2, in Portuguese, and a time frame of the last 5 years, using as a search tool the Capes Periodical Portal, through CAFe, and the Scientific Electronic Library Online by means of pre-defined descriptors with the application of refinement processes. The research findings point to the need to understand the particularities of semi-arid territories, the importance of food production in the VSF with a view to socio-territorial development, and the relevance of the Creative Economy Network and Environmental Education as tools for local sustainability.

Thus, the implementation and mapping of methodologies and instruments of technological innovation in the Espaço 4.0 Program and its implications and contributions to the poignancy of digital transformation and the development of an entrepreneurial education for the rural environment comes to provide students with the ability to “learn to learn” ”, so that they coherently follow the digital transformations of the new century and that they are able to use their technological skills in a safe, responsible, ethical, creative and innovative way, in addition to understanding the role that information and communication technologies play in the construction of a society that promotes social inclusion and training for citizenship.
