Aiming at the problem that traditional demodulated resonance technology has the deficiency of difficulty to choose the parameters of band-pass filter, Kalman filter technology and fast spectral kurtosis were combined for fault feature extraction of rolling bearing. AR model was firstly built with gearbox original vibration signals, and then model order was ascertained with AIC formula, and finally model parameters were calculated with least-squares method. The original signals were pretreated by Kalman filter. Fast spectral kurtosis (FSK) was used to choose parameters of the best band-pass filter, and finally fault diagnosis was achieved by the energy operator demodulation spectrum analysis of band-pass filtered signal. The analysis result of engineering signals indicated that fault feature extraction method based on Kalman filter and fast spectral kurtosis can primely provide a new feature extraction method for rolling bearing’s week fault.
The Automatic Test System (ATS) is being increasingly used in the business and professional test. However, there are some potential problems emerged in the application of the distributed test. So we intend to solve the problems by adopting the idea of the Cloud Computing to solve the two challenges: improve the efficient use of the limited and heterogeneous hardware test resources and shorten the test cycle which is defined as the whole time of the test. The paper proposes several structures of the Cloud Test System (CTS): the overall structure, the software and hardware architecture. Theoretically,the study overcomes the challenges of the existing test system, then the foundation of the further study is laid.
Based on the background of rotary platform of launching tower ,the continuum method based on rigidity equivalent principle and mass equivalent principle is used to transform the truss structure to an uniform solid cantilever beam rotating around its edge ,which makes the vibration equations establishment with methods of parameter supposition and numerical analysis possible . The agreement of the calculation results and the test results means method of this paper available in the vibration analysis of cantilever truss structure .
Antiaircraft gun automatic is irrotational machine, its motion presents characteristic of stage, so we proposed a fault diagnosis fusion model based on Dempster-Shafer (D-S) evidence theory. At first, feature parameters are extracted from test data of multi-sensor, then, we propose a revised Minkowski distance to create evidences. Finally, we fuse basic belief assignments according to Dempster combination rule, and the analysis result verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of proposed fault diagnosis method.
