The emergence of machine learning (ML) and blockchain (BC) technology has greatly enriched the functions and services of healthcare, giving birth to the new field of “smart healthcare.” This study aims to review the application of ML and BC technology in the smart medical industry by Web of Science (WOS) using bibliometric visualization. Through our research, we identify the countries with the greatest output, the major research subjects, funding funds, and the research hotspots in this field. We also find out the key themes and future research areas in application of ML and BC technology in healthcare area. We reveal the different aspects of research under the two technologies and how they relate to each other around five themes.
China’s rural energy consumption structure has dominated by coal, and carbon dioxide emissions are relatively large. Under the dual historical responsibilities of the carbon peak, the carbon neutral dual-carbon, and the rural revitalization strategy, the rural energy transition is imminent. This paper conducts an in-depth study on the green entrepreneurship of migrant workers returning to their hometowns and carefully analyzes the factors affecting the return of migrant workers to green entrepreneurship. This paper establishes a regression model to clarify that the green entrepreneurial guidance mechanism can effectively increase entrepreneurial opportunities, promote the rational allocation of regional resources, increase the success rate of entrepreneurship, and promote the construction of new rural areas in China with proper healthcare. The implementation of the scientific guidance mechanism for migrant workers’ green entrepreneurship should adhere to the scientific development concept, correctly guide farmers to return to their hometowns to start businesses, and provide them with a green channel for fiscal taxation. Green entrepreneurship can improve the entrepreneurial ability of migrant workers in order to effectively increase the success rate of migrant workers in entrepreneurship, ensure the rational use of regional resources, and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
Given the existing studies on the role of different founders’ personalities in the growth of new ventures, we take the digital technology start-ups as the research object and focus on the role of founders’ creativity. In this study, we assess the relationship between founders’ creativity and business growth. According to the framework of upper echelons theory, we propose several hypotheses. Based on the investigation of 153 new ventures in China’s transition economy, we find that: (1) founders’ creativity has a positive impact on the growth of enterprises; (2) business model innovation positively mediates the relationship between founders’ creativity and enterprise growth; (3) work experience is found to be a moderator of the relationship between founders’ creativity and business model innovation. The conclusion of our analysis not only helps to further deepen the research on the growth process of start-ups but also helps to further expand the important role of business model innovation and founders’ work experience in the growth of new firms.

With the increasing number of Internet users, network information distortion, network information pollution, network digital divide, such as a series of network information imbalances become more and more prominent, has seriously affected the daily lives and network security of the majority of internet users. Brian Detlor, Rajshekhar Javalgi and Erik Assadourian research network information ecological questions from information ecological perspective, tissue ecosystem dynamics and the relationship between e-commerce development and environment [1][2][3]. Li Beiwei and Dong Weiwei research the evolution mechanism of networks information ecological chain based on the evolutionary game theory [4]. Duan Yaoqing and Yu Qi research the manifestations, structural models and functions of network information eco-chain [5]. Lou Cequn and Yang Yao research the mechanism of information flow and transformation of network information ecological chain [6]. But in existing research findings, there is a lack of research on network information ecological chain elements and the process of directed selection and convolution between system internal bodies based on the complex networks theory. This paper is contributed to study on this topic.Complex network theory researches the network's topology and properties, the dynamic characters of network and the relationship between system internal bodies by means of graph theory and statistical physics. Complex network theory has provided new ideas, methods, and means for various areas of research, become an effective tool for depth analysis of complex systems [7]. The fast development of complex network theory is benefit from two groundbreaking discoveries at the end of the 20th century: small world and scale-free.
