DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.13071/regec.2317-5087.2013.2.1.4116.76-93.O tripé da sustentabilidade prevê o equilíbrio no atendimento às demandas econômicas, ambientais e sociais, condição necessária ao desenvolvimento sustentável em mercados competitivos, dinâmicos e com requisitos socioambientais. Este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar as principais ações relacionadas à capacitação de um conjunto de nove empresas, visando torná-las aptas a implantar as inovações necessárias para sua adequação a requisitos ambientais aplicáveis, mantendo o seu desempenho competitivo. Essas empresas fazem parte de um projeto-piloto cujo propósito é apoiar o desenvolvimento sustentável da indústria brasileira de equipamentos eletromédicos. São descritos os planos e respectivos resultados no desenvolvimento das competências definidas como necessárias, contemplando aspectos psicossociais que impactam o desempenho da organização e que mobilizam as inovações, visando à integração dos múltiplos objetivos inerentes a esse projeto.
Resumo: O presente texto busca redesenhar os projetos de ensino-aprendizagem numa perspectiva que conjugue o sabor e o saber no processo aprendente, de maneira que o contexto escolar compreenda a dinâmica educacional por uma ótica do sabor e da interatividade dos saberes.Pensando dessa maneira, o trabalho foi elaborado sob a luz de autores que tratam das questões sobre o processo de aprendizagem, o entendimento de saber e a possibilidade do sabor, com o objetivo de elucidar a importância de agregar a articulação entre saber e sabor de maneira interativa e reflexiva.
