Bladder endometriosis is a rare condition that usually presents with cyclic urinary symptoms and pelvic pain. Its treatment generally involves surgery, which is usually done laparoscopically. In this case, we report the resection of vesical endometriosis without resecting the urothelium, thus avoiding partial cystectomy. This is a minimally invasive approach that should be considered in selected patients. Keywords: Endometriosis. Laparoscopy. Urinary bladder.

Mulheres.Deep endometriosis is a chronic condition that affects young women, often resulting in pain and infertility. When there is intestinal involvement, surgical treatment can progress to resection of the affected bowel segment, due to circumferential extent and depth of the lesion. Minimally invasive surgery is a suitable alternative and results in shorter hospital stays, fewer complications and less the surgical specimen while maintaining the original size of external surgical incisions, despite its advantages, this technique is not widely used yet for the treatment of intestinal endometriosis. The purpose of this case report is to demonstrate the technical limitations.
Introduction: complete androgen insensitivity syndrome is an X-linked mutation that causes a female phenotype, despite normal serum androgen levels. Patients have a 46,XY karyotype, female external genitalia, ectopic testes and absent Müllerian duct remnants. Case report: we present the case and surgical procedure of a 28-year-old patient who underwent laparoscopic gonadectomy in order to prevent gonadal malignancy. Conclusion: laparoscopy allows for the removal of gonads with the advantages of minimally invasive procedures.
Laparoscopia. Mulheres. Cirurgia videoassistida.
ABSTRACTtherapeutic challenge. Surgical treatment options include: shaving of intestinal endometriosis nodule, discoid resection of nodule
