Abstract:Bladder endometriosis is a rare condition that usually presents with cyclic urinary symptoms and pelvic pain. Its treatment generally involves surgery, which is usually done laparoscopically. In this case, we report the resection of vesical endometriosis without resecting the urothelium, thus avoiding partial cystectomy. This is a minimally invasive approach that should be considered in selected patients.Keywords: Endometriosis. Laparoscopy. Urinary bladder.
