The main objective of this paper is to analyze how strategic communication promotes corporate productivity in the 21st century. For this reason, a bibliographic review of the main concepts related to this topic in literature from research articles, scientific journals and books is carried out.As a complement to the study, a review of similar positions and an exploration of the main variables around the subject were carried out; likewise, the theoretical framework is made up of aspects such as strategic communication, corporate productivity, business management and organizational culture, variables that allowed the validation of the objectives of this literature review which are based on the identification of an internal communication plan between the organization and the work teams and the determination of the communication management practices involved in the optimal development of organizational culture. Subsequently, strategies were proposed that can be implemented by organizations regardless of their economic activity in order to facilitate assertive communication within the company, finally the interpretation of the results and conclusions were made, including the implementation of the System of Measurement and Advancement of Productivity which provides a working environment of cooperation and security ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of its employees.
