Infeksi menular seperti HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus), Sifilis dan Hepatitis B merupakan penyakit menular langsung yang dapat menginfeksi ibu dan ditularkan ke bayi sejak dalam kandungan, persalinan maupun menyusui memiliki cara penularan yang hampir sama, infeksi ini akan menimbulkan resiko penularan yang akan terjadi pada bayi lahirdengan infeksi kongenital, premature, keguguran (abortus)bahkan kematian. Sehingga menurut permenkes no. 52 tahun 2017 perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan skrining menggunakan HIV rapid test, RPR (Rapid Plasma Reagin)-Tp rapid(Treponema pallidum rapid)dan HBsAg (Hepatitis B surfaceAntigen) rapid test pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan skrining RPR-Treponema pallidumrapid, anti-HIV dan HBsAg pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas periode Januari-April 2019 dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Setelah dilakukan penelitian terhadap 951 ibu hamil, didapatkan data ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan skrining terbanyak pada trimester ke 2 sebanyak 427 orang ibu hamil (44,90%) dengan hasil reaktif sebanyak 3 orang ibu hamil (0,32%) pada pemeriksaan RPR-TP rapid, pada pemeriksaan anti-HIV didapata hasil reaktif 1 orang ibu hamil (0,11%) serta hasil reaktif 5 orang ibu hamil (0,53%) pada pemeriksaan HBsAg.Pemeriksaan skrining bagi ibu hamil sangat penting untuk membantu menekan angka prevalensi bayi lahir dengan terinfeksi sifilis, HIV dan hepatitis B. Semakin cepat diketahui maka semakin baik pengobatan yang diberikan untuk ibu dan janin. Sehingga program tripleeliminasi HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus), Sifilis dan Hepatitis B dapat tercapai. Penyakit infeksi jamur pada kulit kerap ditemukan pada daerah iklim tropis seperti di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah penyakit panu (Pityriasis versicolor) yang disebabkan oleh jamur superfisialis Malassezia spp. Penularan panu terjadi apabila kontak dengan spora jamur penyebabnya. Salah satu kelompok yang rentan terinfeksi jamur ini yaitu pekerja bangunan. Meskipun panu tidak berbahaya tetapi keluhan rasa gatal pada waktu berkeringat dan alasan tidak nyaman oleh adanya bercak di lapisan kulit menyebakan penderita merasa terganggu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adanya jamur Malassezia spp. pada kerokan kulit pekerja bangunan di Perumahan daerah Sukatani Cimanggis Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pada populasi pekerja bangunan yang bekerja di Perumahan daerah Sukatani Cimanggis Kota Depok sebanyak 43 pekerja. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 30 pekerja yang dipilih secara simple random sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu jamur Malassezia spp. pada kerokan kulit pekerja bangunan di perumahan daerah Sukatani Cimanggis Kota Depok. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Universitas MH Thamrin sesuai prosedur pemeriksaan serpihan kulit secara makroskopis dengan mengamati secara langsung (pemeriksaan fisik) dan mikroskopis dengan menggunakan larutan KOH 10%. Penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 13,33% pekerja bangunan kulitnya terinfeksi jamur Malassezia spp. dan terdapat 66,6% pekerja bangunan dengan hipopigmentasi kulitnya ditemukan jamur Malassezia spp. Faktor kebiasaan mandi 1x dalam sehari dan penggunaan pakaian yang tidak diganti merupakan faktor yang berperan terhadap adanya jamur Malassezia spp pada pekerja bangunanKata Kunci: Malassezia spp., Pekerja Bangunan, Pityriasis versicolor
Salah satu penyakit mikosis superfisial yang disebabkan oleh jamur Candidaadalah dermatitis popok atau lebih sering disebut dengan eksim popok yaitu ruam yang timbul akibat radang di daerah yang tertutup popok, yaitu alat kelamin, sekitar dubur, lipat paha, dan perut bagian bawah. Tujuan umum adalah untuk mengetahui berapa banyak persentase balita yang terkena dermatitis popok karena Candidapada bagian inkuinal yang menggunakan popok sekali pakai di lingkungan RW.005 Kelurahan Jatiranggon Kecamatan Jatisampurna Bekasi. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Balita yang menderita dermatitis popok akibat jamur Candidia sp sebanyak 25 (52,08%) balita dari 48 balita yang diperiksa.Berdasarkan jenis kelamin dari 21 balita perempuan yang menderita dermatitis popok akibat jamur Candida sp sebanyak 14 (66,67%) balita, sedangkan dari 27 balita laki-laki yang menderita dermatitis popok akibat jamurCandida sp sebanyak 11 (40,74%) balita.Berdasarkan usia didapatkan hasil positif Candida sp sebanyak 15 (48,74%) balita pada usia 0-2 tahun, 9 (60,00%) balita pada usia 2-4 tahun, dan 1 (50,00%) balita pada usia 4 tahun.Berdasarkan frekuensi mengganti popok menunjukan bahwa lamanya pemakaian popok 1-2 kali dalam sehari yang positif Candida sp 13 (48,15%), pada balita yang menggunakan popok 3-4 kali dalam sehari yang positif Candida sp sebanyak 7 (53,85%), dan yang menggunakan popok 4 kali dalam sehari yang positif Candida sp sebanyak 5 (62,50%). Transfusi darah adalah suatu tindakan memindahkan komponen darah yang ditranfusikan ke tubuh resipien. Pada penderita Talasemia mempunyai kadar hemoglobin kurang dari normal, maka dibutuhkan transfusi berulang. Penatalaksanaan transfusi sangat penting untuk menghindari efek dari transfusi berulang, berupa reaksi segera sampai reaksi tunda, jenisnya reaksi imun atau non imun. Hingga terbentuk antibodi pada sel darah merah menyebabkanIncompatible auto controlpada Uji Silang Serasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Darah Rumah Sakit Hermina Jatinegara periode Januari 2018 – Mei 2018. Bertujuan melihat gambaran Uji Silang Serasi dengan hasil Incompatible Auto Controlyang menggunakan transfusi berulang pada 79 penderita Talasemia beta mayor. Teknis analisa data yang digunakan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Gambaran frekuensiIncompatibel auto control pada penderita Talasemia beta mayor dengan transfusi berulang 10 kali memiliki hasil yang signifikan yaitu 8% lebih rendah dibandingkan dari transfusi berulang ≥10 yaitu 52 %. Disarankan mengunakan pendonor tetap untuk transfusi berulang pada penderita Talasemia untuk menurangi paparan antigen, mengurangi terbentuknya antibodi yang masuk kedalam tubuh dan transfusi lebih aman. Candida adalah anggota flora normal terutama saluran pencernaan, juga selaput mukosa saluran pernafasan, vagina, uretra, kulit dan dibawah jari-jari kuku tangan dan kaki. Di tempat-tempat ini ragi dapat menjadi dominan dan menyebabkan keadaan-keadaan patologik ketika daya tahan tubuh menurun baik secara lokal maupun sistemik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase keberadaan jamur Candida sp pada rongga mulut lansia .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Biakan yang ditanam pada media SDA dan dibaca secara Makroskopis, dan Mikroskopis yang dilakukan pada 62 sampel Swab rongga mulut lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 1 Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Dari hasil pemeriksaan makroskopis dan mikroskopis yang hasilnya didapat berdasarkan persentase keberadaan jamur Candida sp yang tumbuh pada media SDA+.Hasil penelitian dari 62 sampel didapatkan 34 (54,9%) sampel positif Candida sp dan 28 (45,1%) sampel negatif Candida sp dalam pemeriksaan metode biakan SDA. Peningkatan kepadatan koloni terdapat pada hasil positif satu (+) yaitu sebanyak 24 (70,59%) sampel. Jamur Candida sp tumbuh paling banyak pada sampel dengan frekuensi menyikat gigi 1x yaitu sebanyak 24 (70,59%) sampel serta pada sampel dengan keluhan adanya sariawan secara keseluruhan didapatkan hasil positif Candida sp sebanyak 6 (17,65%) sampel, dan pada perilaku menyikat gigi yang menggunakan pasta gigi sebanyak 31 (91,18%) sampel. Dapat disimpulkan peningakatan Jumlah Candida sp karena jamur Candida sp adalah flora normal yang ada pada rongga mulut dan akan meningkat dalam kondisi kelainan tertentu.Kata Kunci : Candida sp, Lansia
