Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is characterized by chronic instability in emotion, interpersonal relationships, and self-image. The evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach is recommended as a treatment of choice in the clinical guidelines for BPD. To date, BPD treatment in Korea has mainly consisted of symptom management, crisis intervention based on medication treatment and individual psychotherapy.
Objectivo: Relacionar a ingestão de nutrientes dietéticos fotoprotectores com a reactividade da pele à exposição UV. Materiais e métodos: Duzentos e doze indivíduos participaram no estudo, dos quais 60 eram mulheres e 152 eram mulheres. A população era composta por adultos e jovens adultos de férias na praia de Xangrilá (no sul do Brasil). Dados como o tipo de fotografia (reactividade da pele à exposição solar), índice de massa corporal, frequência e quantidade de fontes alimentares fotoprotectoras da dieta foram obtidos através de um questionário. A fim de avaliar o tipo de fotografia de pele foi utilizada a Escala Fitzpatrick e os indivíduos divididos em 2 grupos: tipos de fotografia I e II (os que queimariam) e tipos de fotografia III e IV (os que se bronzeariam). Resultados: Para os tipos de fotografia III e IV houve uma maior frequência (F) de ingestão de azeite (p= 0,01), ameixa (p= 0,02), e sumo de uva (p= 0,02) e uma quantidade significativa [Q] de ingestão de tomate (p= 0,05) . Quanto à quantidade e frequência concomitante do arroz integral ([F] p= 0,06 e [Q] p= 0,02) e do pão integral ([F] p= 0,01) e [Q] (0,01) consumo, estes foram negativamente associados a uma menor reactividade da pele.
