Abstrack:The objectives of the study were: (1) to determine the effect of facilitator competency on the learning outcomes of healthy family training participants, (2) to determine the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of healthy family trainees, (3) to determine the effect of facilitator competence and learning motivation on participants' learning outcomes healthy family training. The results showed that the Facilitator Competence had a significance value (Sig.) 0.044 in the Coefficientsa table with a value of α (degree of significance) 0.05 meaning 0.044 <0.05 or there was a significant effect and the t test showed 2.112> ttable (2.052). This means that Facilitator Competence has a significant effect on learning outcomes, and Learning Motivation has a significance value (Sig.) 0.009 in the Coefficientsa table with a value of α (degree of significance) 0.05 meaning 0.009 <0.05 or there is a significant effect of the t test showing 2.817> ttable (2.052) This means that Learning Motivation has a significant effect on Learning Outcomes. Thus simultaneously the Competency variables of the Facilitator and Learning Motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on Learning Outcomes.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian: (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi fasilitator terhadap hasil belajar peserta pelatihan keluarga sehat, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta pelatihan keluarga sehat, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi fasilitator dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta pelatihan keluarga sehat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Fasilitator memiliki nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0.044 pada tabel Coefficients a dengan nilai α (derajat signifikansi) 0.05 artinya 0.044<0.05 atau terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan uji t menunjukkan 2.112> t tabel (2.052). Artinya Kompetensi Fasilitator berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dan pada Motivasi Belajar memiliki nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0.009 pada tabel Coefficients a dengan nilai α (derajat signifikansi) 0.05 artinya 0.009<0.05 atau terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari uji t menunjukkan 2.817> t tabel (2.052). Artinya Motivasi Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar. Dengan demikian secara simultan variabel Kompetensi Fasilitator dan variabel Motivasi Belajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar.
The community learning center provides a means of completing compulsory education and increasing the level of educational participation in Indonesia. Through this program, regardless of age, people can continue their education to a level equivalent to junior or senior high school. However, factors that contribute to the success of the program are still in question. This study aimed to determine the contribution of individual characteristics, including work experience, work perception, work motivation, and work discipline, to the success of the equivalency education program at the community learning center. This research was conducted in East Java using a quantitative approach and an explanatory research design. The research sample was taken from 101 program managers through random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula. The data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The results showed that the education program had high success, with the participants achieving examination pass rates of 96.4% in package B, which is equivalent to junior high school, and 98.2% in package C, which is equivalent to senior high school. The average involvement of community members in the program implementation was 68.6%, and the financial support reached 75.5%. The work experience, work perception, work motivation, and work discipline of the program managers had a significant effect, both simultaneously and partially, on the success of the equivalency education program. In addition, the four independent variables also had a significant predictive effect on the dependent variable, with a simultaneous contribution of 53.8%. Based on these findings, it was recommended that these factors be considered to improve the success, sustainability, and development of education programs at the community learning center.
Mahasiswa Kajian dan Praktik Lapangan Universitas Negeri Malang bersama Dinas Sosial Kota Blitar melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terkait dengan pendampingan branding produk kue kecipir yang diproduksi oleh Keluarga Penerima Manfaat Program Keluarga Harapanelurahan Kepanjen Kidul Kota Blitar. Motif dibalik pelaksanaan program ini yaitu kurangnya kemampuan sasaran dalam hal branding/marketing sehingga produk kue kecipir belum dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Tujuan program pendampingan ini adalah membantu mengembangkan usaha kelompok KPM PKH Kelurahan Kepanjen Kidul sebagai salah satu strategi graduasi mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan observasi dan pendampingan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah KPM PKH mampu; 1) merencanakan desain label/stiker sebagai ciri khas produk; 2) membuat slogan; 3) menuliskan identitas KPM PKH Kelurahan Kepanjen Kidul agar diketahui oleh calon konsumen, dan dapat menentukan pilihan desain warna serta kemasan agar semakin menarik sehingga mempermudah promosi dan meningkatkan daya jual produk. Diharapkan program pengembangan pendampingan branding produk kue kecipir dapat terus dilakukan secara merata di wilayah Kota Blitar agar masyarakat sasaran menjadi lebih mandiri secara finansial sehingga mampu membantu pemerintah dalam membangun ekonomi produktif.
