O Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) possui etiologia relacionada à alterações genéticas diversas, em conjunto com fatores ambientais e biológicos, considerado uma disfunção no neurodesenvolvimento. O objetivo deste trabalho foi apontar estratégias de Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) com crianças com transtorno de espectro autista (TEA), desde o diagnóstico até o atendimento familiar rotineirona puericultura. A metodologia trata-se de uma revisão literária, com pesquisas bibliográfica em livros e site de buscas online, utilizando artigos científicos e Leis brasileiras que abordem o assunto em questão; após foi desenvolvido uma SAE para o enfermeiro aplicar na puericultura, utilizando marcos estratégicos do desenvolvimento infantil. Como resultados encontramos a definição e classificaçãodo TEA na infância, relacionando com os fatores ambientais e genéticos como a síndrome do X-Frágil, pautando-se nas leis que garantem o direito à saúde. Descreveu-se como o enfermeiro pode auxiliar no diagnóstico, tratamento e acompanhamento familiar da criança com TEA na puericultura. Foi desenvolvido uma SAE para auxiliar no diagnóstico precoce. Concluiu-se que há necessidade de conhecimento difundido entre os enfermeiros sobre TEA, para diagnóstico um diagnóstico precoce, utilizando a SAE como uma ferramenta facilitadora deste processo, assim como acolher a família e auxiliar na continuidade do tratamento da criança com TEA.
