Objective: to investigate the influence of spirituality/religiosity in the context of drug abuse. Methods: this is an integrative review, conducted on the databases Web of Science, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and SCOPUS. The following descriptors were used in the Portuguese and English languages: drug users, spirituality, religion, drug abuse treatment centers and treatment outcome. Results: eight articles were analyzed, among which there was a prevalence of publications of the year 2015 and of quantitative studies. The studies approached mainly the prevention of drug abuse, the change of the user's behavior and the religious/ spiritual confrontation. Conclusion: spirituality/religiosity seems to be a positive factor for drug users facing treatment, as well as in the protection against the abusive use of these psychoactive substances. Métodos: trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa, realizada a partir das bases de dados Web Of Science, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e SCOPUS. Utilizaram-se, nos idiomas português e inglês, os seguintes descritores: usuários de drogas, espiritualidade, religião, centros de tratamento de abuso de substâncias e resultado do tratamento. Resultados: foram analisados oito artigos, dos quais houve predomínio de publicações do ano de 2015 e de estudos quantitativos. Os estudos mostraram principalmente a prevenção do uso de drogas, a mudança de comportamento do usuário e o enfrentamento religioso/espiritual. Conclusão: a espiritualidade/religiosidade parece favorecer uma ótica positiva frente ao enfrentamento do tratamento de usuários, bem como na proteção ao uso abusivo dessas substâncias psicoativas. Aim: to carry out a reflection on how the vision of finitude/death in Western society influences the performance of health professionals.Method: A reflection on death and dying is performed using the main classical authors working this issue.
OBJETIVO: identificar na literatura ações desenvolvidas pelos enfermeiros da Estratégia de Saúde da família com as vítimas de violência doméstica. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, com a seguinte pergunta norteadora: “Quais ações são desenvolvidas pelos enfermeiros da atenção básica frente às mulheres que sofrem violência doméstica?” Para localização dos estudos foram consultadas as bases de dados Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e a Base de dados de Enfermagem por meio da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Este estudo foi operacionalizado com 7 estudos. RESULTADOS: Encontrou-se como ações, realizadas pelo enfermeiro para atender as mulheres vítimas de violência, a visita domiciliar, o acolhimento, estabelecimento de vínculo, investigação da violência com a inclusão de perguntas e protocolos padrões para identificação e assistência nesses casos. CONCLUSÃO: Destaca que este estudo busca contribuir, diretamente, para melhorar a assistência dos profissionais às vítimas de violência, bem como, para guiar a elaboração de protocolos de atendimento a essa população.

Objectives: To discuss the historical evolution of the milestones and legal devices to combat violence against women in Brazil.Main topics under analysis: The milestones and legal devices to combat violence against Brazilian woman include an apparatus of laws, ministerial programs, agreements, ordinances, and the creation of specialized police stations. They are based on the Federal Constitution of 1988, the high rates of violence against women, and the country's ratification of international conventions. Conclusion: History shows that milestones and legal devices have been and still are important for the visibility, awareness, and community and academic discussion of the problem. However, it is important to recognize that violence against woman continues to be a public health issue.
