Kejadian stunting pada tahun 2018 diketahui bahwa angka stunting di dunia yaitu 21,9% atau 149 juta pada anak usia di bawah lima tahun atau balita (bayi lima tahun), di wilayah Asia Tenggara tahun 2018 balita stunting mencapai angka 25%. Angka ini menduduki peringkat ke-5 tertinggi setelah wilayah Oseania, sedangkan Balita stunting di NTB tahun 2018 terdapat 33,5%, dan kasus balita stunting di kabupaten Lombok Tengah 31,05%, dengan data tertinggi terdapat di Kecamatan Batu Kliang Utara yaitu 41,29%, urutan kedua Kecamatan Jonggat 30,16%, dan menjadi prioritas untuk intervensi anak kerdil (stunting), dan salah satunya adalah kecamatan Jonggat dengan kasus 568 balita stunting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperiment dengan desain penelitian menggunakan Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini akan melakukan observasi dua kali yaitu sebelum (Pretest) dan sesudah (Posttest), penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Jonggat dengn jumlah sampel 85 keluarga balita stunting dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analiss menggunakan paired t test menunjukan ada perbedaan nilai mean antara tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan dan praktik PMBA setelah diberikan pintervensi, dan didapatkan nilai p value pengetahuan 0,000 <α=0,05, sikap 0,000 <α=0,05, tindakan 0,000 <α=0,05, dan praktik PMBA 0,000 <α=0,05. Ada pengaruh yang pemberian pmeberdayaan dalam pemberian makanan balita dan anak (PMBA) terhadap kesadaran kritis keluarga balita stunting di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.
This study aims to determine the difference in the level of family satisfaction of BPJS PBI and non-PBI patients in the inpatient room at Mutiara Sukma Hospital, NTB. This research is a quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the level of family satisfaction of BPJS PBI and BPJS non-PBI patients. Based on the IKM value, the level of family satisfaction of non-PBI BPJS patients is higher than that of BPJS PBI. Still, based on statistical tests using Mann-Whitney, it shows that there is no significant difference between family satisfaction of BPJS PBI patients and BPJS non-PBI patients (p = 0.698). In conclusion, overall, there is no difference in the level of family satisfaction of BPJS PBI and non-PBI patients. Keywords: BPJS, Health Insurance, Satisfaction
New normal is a change in behavior to continue in carrying out normal activities with always implementing the health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission. Bina Keluarga Mandiri (Independent Family Development) is a form of activity carried out to increase the knowledge, abilities and preparedness of all family members in implementing health protocols in the era of new normal. Family is expected to be role models for their children in implementing the health protocols. The subjects in this study were Grade 1 students at SDN 1 Sumbawa Besar. This study aims to determine the effect ofBina KeluargaMandiri on the students' attitudes and independence. This research used quasi experimental research. The research design used to determine the effect of knowledge and attitudes was the one group pretest-posttest. Thus, the results showed that: 1) for the knowledge variable, the sig 2-tailed value of 0.000 <0.005 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant influence of BKM on knowledge; 2) for the knowledge variable, the sig 2-tailed value of 0.002 < 0.005 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that there is a significant influence of BKM on attitudes.
