Formação do(a) engenheiro(a).
This article presents a reflection about the human rights promoted and violated in the digital environment, with a special focus on the existence of community space, a network of free circulation that gave us a new perfection of social relationship, which is very important. approaching the traditional agora. At the end, the general situation of the Democratic State of Law in Brazil, conceived by modernity, is analyzed, in face of the challenges of hypercommunication, Based on reflections by Bazzo, Castells, Lévy, Morin, Brazilian and international legislation.
