Objetivo: Analisar os diagnósticos, as intervenções e atividades de enfermagem em pacientes submetidos à hemodiálise secundária à COVID-19. Método: Estudo descritivo, retrospectivo e de natureza quantitativa. A população do estudo foi representada pelos prontuários de pacientes submetidos à hemodiálise secundária à COVID-19, totalizando cerca de 64 registros. Consultaram-se os dados do instrumento de coleta de dados, bem como dados sociodemográficos, clínicos e indicadores dos diagnósticos de enfermagem. Para análise, utilizou-se da estatística descritiva e inferencial. Resultados: Os principais diagnósticos de enfermagem encontrados foram: risco de infecção, risco de volume de líquidos desequilibrado, déficit no autocuidado para banho/higiene íntima e troca de gases prejudicada. As intervenções e atividades assinaladas foram correspondentes aos diagnósticos traçados. Conclusão: O estudo possibilitou identificar os principais diagnósticos, as intervenções e atividades de enfermagem em pacientes acometidos pela COVID-19 que desenvolveram lesão renal aguda.
RESUMOO manuseio do cateter para hemodiálise é um desafio para os profissionais de enfermagem, visto as complicações advindas de falhas na assistência. Assim, o estudo buscou avaliar o conhecimento da equipe de enfermagem quanto ao manuseio do cateter para hemodiálise. Trata-se de um estudo transversal e quantitativo, com 30 profissionais de enfermagem do serviço de hemodiálise de um hospital público no nordeste do Brasil. O instrumento de coleta de dados incluiu a caracterização sociodemográfica, ocupacional e sobre o conhecimento quanto ao manuseio do cateter para hemodiálise. Para avaliar o conhecimento, foram construídas 10 questões com base nos protocolos operacionais padrão institucional e validado o conteúdo e a aparência com juízes. Os dados foram analisados de forma descritiva. A população em estudo apresentou em sua maioria conhecimento insuficiente (80,0%) quanto ao manuseio do cateter para hemodiálise, com destaque para a conexão do paciente, início do tratamento e curativo estéril dos cateteres. Diante do exposto, destaca-se a importância da educação permanente por meio de metodologias ativas como a simulação realística de modo a suprir as lacunas assistenciais existentes. RESUMO Objetivo: identificar os antecedentes e consequentes do diagnóstico de enfermagem Conhecimento Deficiente em pacientes submetidos à hemodiálise. Método: revisão integrativa, cuja busca aos artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados: BIREME, CINAHL, SCOPUS, Web of Science e LILACS. O recorte temporal usado nas buscas foi entre 2018 e 2022, sendo a amostra final composta por 12 artigos. Resultados: dentre os manuscritos selecionados, observou-se a prevalência de estudos com nível VI de evidência e rigor metodológico nível A. Os antecedentes identificados foram relacionados ao sexo masculino, à idade avançada, baixa escolaridade, falta de companheiro (a), baixo nível socioeconômico, inexistência de intervenções educativas para pacientes e ausência de memória. E os consequentes identificados foram relacionados à falta de adesão terapêutica, à presença de agravos e menor qualidade de vida. Conclusão: identificaram-se os antecedentes e consequentes do diagnóstico de enfermagem Conhecimento Deficiente em pacientes submetidos à hemodiálise, para auxiliar o profissional a inferir um diagnóstico de enfermagem de forma acurada.
