The article presents an analysis of the results of training future social work specialists in social design. In the context of the pandemic, it was not possible to implement social projects of students in the traditional forms of various events (promotions, holidays, conversations, trainings, etc.). These projects were presented as concepts of students' project activities. However, online projects have been implemented, based on information and communication technologies that allow indirect communication with the target audiences of the projects. These forms are innovative in the social design of future social work specialists. Among the forms of online projects are: online lecture, online quiz, chat bot. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the theoretical foundations of the forms of online projects are concretized. A survey of students and interviews with the authors of online projects made it possible to identify the features of the implementation of the forms of online projects of future social work specialists. The observation made it possible to concretize the teacher's communication strategies to optimize the implementation of online project forms in the professional training of future social work specialists.
There is an increase in the number of volunteer corps and beneficiaries. The subjects of the volunteer movement are educational organizations of various training profiles. In a pandemic, the importance of medical volunteering is growing. Medical volunteering, being a retro innovation, loses its maximum professional (medical) focus during the pandemic, as the functionality and composition of volunteers expands. The concept of socio-medical volunteering is introduced as a type of volunteering in the healthcare sector, aimed at improving the quality of medical services and involving the participation of volunteers with a wide range of professional training. The study was conducted in three stages: theoretical method of scientific literature analysis, empirical methods (questionnaires, interviews) were used. The sample consisted of 87 volunteers from a non-core university. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that junior students predominate among the volunteers; the functionality of volunteers in the call center was specified; the motivation for the participation of students in volunteering was revealed; the problems they faced; level of readiness to continue participation in volunteering. In general, the results of the study indicate the insufficient readiness of volunteers of a non-core university for social and medical volunteering, which became the basis for the development of recommendations for the organizers of this movement in a non-core university. It has been proved that socio-medical volunteering in a non-core university is a promising area of educational work and a resource for adapting junior students to educational conditions. Scientific understanding of the issue of gender motivation of students in non-core areas of preparation for social and medical volunteering is required, as well as the specifics of the content of this volunteering, taking into account the development of information and communication technologies and digital volunteering.
The relevance of professional training of future social work specialists for social entrepreneurship is justified by the modernization of the system of social protection of the population. Social entrepreneurship is like an innovative social technology. Social work professionals – social entrepreneurs can act as social innovators. In addition, the relevance is justified by the formation of a model of a socio-entrepreneurial university. Modern youth has an innovative potential and at the same time it is not ready for social entrepreneurship; theory and considerable experience have been gained in the methodology of professional training, but there is no built-in system for training future social entrepreneurs from among future social work specialists – this is the contradiction identified by the author. The desire to solve them determined the purpose of the study: to identify the ideas of future social work specialists about social entrepreneurship and their readiness to open a social enterprise. The theoretical analysis of the scientific literature indicates that social entrepreneurship is underdeveloped in domestic social practice. However, the infrastructure supporting social entrepreneurship has been specified; highlighted the role of universities in the training of social entrepreneurs; the prospects for the results of professional training of social entrepreneurs are determined. The article provides a secondary analysis of the results of foreign and domestic researchers who studied students' ideas about social entrepreneurship. The author's survey was conducted on the basis of Samara University. The sample consisted of future social work specialists (68 people). Conclusions are drawn about the poorly formed ideas of future social work specialists about social entrepreneurship. Interest in social entrepreneurship was noted. The common features of social entrepreneurship and social work are highlighted. The importance of entrepreneurial skills for a social worker is recognized. “Helping people” appears to be the main motive for the potential opening of a social enterprise, according to the results of the survey.
