Мета дослідження -порівняльна оцінка інноваційних технологій навчального процесу у студентів та лікарів-інтернів. Матеріали та методи дослідження. Дослідження базується на вивченні досвіду кафедри акушерства і гінекології № 1 Одесь-кого національного медичного університету щодо забезпечення теоретичної та практичної підготовки студентів і лікарів-інтернів.Результати й обговорення. Інноваційні методики навчання лікарів-інтернів активізують навчально-пізнавальну діяльність і розширюють їх творчі здібності, що сприяє забезпеченню ефективної додаткової кадрової політики в системі охорони здоров'я. До традиційного способу передачі знань відносять лекції, семінари, практичні заняття. Проте інноваційні підходи до їх про-ведення дозволяють вирішувати завдання не лише засвоєння студентами знань і формування професійних умінь, а й розвитку творчих та комунікативних здібностей. Тому на кафедрі активно застосовуються методики нетрадиційного викладу лекційного матеріалу та активно використовується власна імітаційна методика навчання, створена на основі методик рольової гри і стан-дартизованого пацієнта. Також кафедра акушерства і гінекології № 1 співпрацює з кафедрою симуляційної медицини, на якій студенти старших курсів і лікарі-інтерни проходять навчання клінічних умінь, основане на застосуванні симуляційних технологій.Висновки. Інноваційні методики навчання лікарів-інтернів активізують навчально-пізнавальну діяльність і розширюють їх творчі здібності, що сприяє забезпеченню ефективної державної політики в системі охорони здоров'я. Досвід співпраці з симуляційним центром і отримані результати діяльності свідчать про його високий потенціал як у розвитку клінічної компе-тентності студентів та лікарів-інтернів, так і в забезпеченні безпеки пацієнтів.Ключові слова: cимуляційне навчання; рольові ігри; інноваційні методики навчання.The aim of the study -comparative evaluation of innovative technologies in the educational process of students and postgraduate students.Materials and Methods. The research is based on studying the experience of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology № 1 of Odesa National Medical University to provide theoretical and practical training for students and postgraduate students.Results and Discussion. Innovative methods of teaching of postgraduate students intensify educational and cognitive activity and expand their creativity, which contributes to more effective human resources policy in health care. The traditional way to transfer knowledge includes lectures, seminars and workshops. However, innovative approaches to their implementation to solve problems not only mastering the knowledge and professional skills formation, but also the development of creative and communicative abilities. У статті розглядається актуальна проблема готовності до іншомовної професійної комунікації майбутніх учителів початкової школи. Особлива увага надається концептуальним засадам формування системи підготовки майбутніх фахівців, основним принципам й умовам їхнього професійного розвитку, що підтверджено низкою нормативно-правових документів. Розглянуто доробки багатьох вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників, які розробляли питання формування іншомовної компетентності студентів; завдання, пов’язані з визначенням цілей і змісту іншомовної освіти. Це обумовлюється створенням європейського простору вищої освіти та потребує реалізації нагальних завдань щодо посилення мотивації до вивчення студентами іноземної мови у закладах вищої освіти та більш ефективного іншомовного професійного спілкування.Визначені й досліджені критерії та рівні сформованості володіння навичками іноземної мови студентами немовних спеціальностей, подано результати «скрінінгового тестування» студентів першого курсу, відзначена важливість моделювання навчальних ситуацій як комплексного засобу стимуляції студентів до самоаналізу, самооцінки, саморозвитку, спілкування з урахуванням ролі психологічних аспектів організації навчального процесу з іноземної мови. Також в дослідженні представлені результати проведеного експерименту з впровадження технології моделювання навчальних ситуацій.Доведено, що формуванню умінь застосовувати рецептивні стратегії планування освітнього процесу слугують підготовчі інтерактивні вправи з активним використанням засобів інформаційно-комунікативних технологій, елементів інтенсивного навчання. Запропонована особистісно-орієнтована модель навчання іноземної мови з елементами інтенсиву, що поділяється на психолого-педагогічний та методичний компоненти.Особлива увага приділена психолого-педагогічним особливостям організації освітнього процесу з іноземної мови, формування мотивації вивчення іноземної мови у студентів закладів вищої освіти.
The article describes the content of an additional variative professional module aimed at training pedagogical college students of the specialty 44.02.02 "Teaching in primary school" for organizing extracurricular activities on informatics. The article presents: routing of extracurricular activities recommended for pedagogical college students for use in educational practice and in further professional activities; an example of a training assignment with a description of its structural components; a phased description of one extracurricular activity in primary school using modern methods, forms of instruction and educational technologies. The presented methodological recommendations will be useful for informatics teachers, teachers of methods of the subject and for students of pedagogical universities and colleges.
