The function of a building can be achieved by fulfilling the comfort of its circulation. Previous studies have shown that circulation in the UNILA Student Dormitory circulation has fulfilled the comfort criterias even though in the bedroom there is still a crossing circulation.The purpose of this study is to find out the occupants' perceptions of circulation comfort in the UNILA Student Dormitory.This study uses a qualitative methods. While the data obtained through questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents.The results showed that the circulation space in the UNILA student dormitory was felt comfortable by the residents. This is shown by the results of the questionnaire about the suitability, suitability of space, activity, visuals, aroma, area, noise, temperature, lighting and security of the dorm which is in accordance with the resident needs.Some of the residents still feel lacking, namely: the bedroom lacks circulation space and the bathroom is less decent, less clean and smelly.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure on firm value and earnings management as an intervening variable on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period. The population in this study were all conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) totaling 46 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that 10 samples were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of hypothesis testing direct and indirect effects using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, direct effect hypothesis testing shows that capital structure has a significant positive effect on earnings management, capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, earnings management has a negative but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect test show that the capital structure has a negative but not significant effect on firm value through earnings management.
Radical understanding at this time has been a crucial issue that is rapidly progressing. Research on the analysis of radicalism among Buddhist students in Temanggung Regency has a high background in the effectiveness of the world of education as a path of radical propagation. The purpose of this research is to know the conditions of radicalism among Buddhist students in Temanggung regency. The research methods used are quantitative desckriptive. The population in this research were Buddhist students in Temanggung regency which amounted to 250 people. Research samples amounted to 153 respondents from 6 schools determined by a simple random sampling. The collection instrument used is a poll. The validity of the poll is calculated by Bivariate Pearson and its reliability tests performed with Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis on this study uses descriptive statistics. The results showed a radicalism response from junior high school students in Temanggung Regency in high category with 71.56%. The radicalism response from the Buddhist students appears in cognitive, affective, and contemplative aspects. Cognitive aspects demonstrate a high understanding of radicalism by 54.8%. While the affective and contemplative aspects demonstrate a moderate attitude and behaviour to radical understanding, there is also a radicalism existence in the affective aspect of 6% and a conative aspect of 2%.
This research is about the meaning of vipassanā meditation for Syailendra Buddhist College’s students. The background of STAB Syailendra students before I started the lesson always do meditation. It is certainly influential in everyday life in the midst of advances in technology that carries a negative influence on students. Based on this it is important to conduct research to know the meaning and application of meditation vipassanā as a recombination material for students and STAB Syailendra Institution for further meditation implementation. This research uses qualitative methods of descriptive. The subject of this study is student and lecturer STAB Syailendra. The techniques and data collection instruments used are using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data collection instruments using interview guidelines, observation guidelines and a camera or recording device. How to guarantee the validity of data obtained through continuous observation, triangulation, member check. The data obtained is analyzed using the Miles & Hurberman method which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions or verification. The results of this study include the meaning and application of meditation vipassanā is to increase attention, increase alertness, improve discipline, increase awareness, increase calmness, control emotions, control themselves, Improve concentration, increase memory, practice mindset, courage in making decisions, be polite, run the Syllamore well. Furthermore, more attention to lecturers when giving material, realizing when doing everything, focus on what is done in everyday life, pleasing, having contemplation, can think clearly, neatly arranged, peaceful, Do not humble themselves, more self-mastered.
Abstract Researchers examined more about the learning guidance learning model to find out the learning model used by the teacher in the learning process at Saddhphala Jaya Krecek. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques and instruments used are using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Technique of validating data through continuous observation, postulation, and member check. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method, namely collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The results of this study that learning conducted in the Saddhāphala Jaya Krecek includes the opening stage (Namakārapāṭha), presentation of material, and closing or evaluation; (2) the model used by the teacher depends on the activities carried out both in education, creativity and art; (3) constraints in the application of the learning model: lack of teacher understanding of the learning model, lack of learning media, school differences, facilities and financial constraints, and lack of students. Abstrak Peneliti mengkaji lebih dalam tentang model pembelajaran bimbingan belajar untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di Saddhāphala Jaya Krecek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data melalui pengamatan terus-menerus, tiangulasi, dan member check. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Miles and Huberman yaitu pengumpulan, reduksi data , penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan di Saddhāphala Jaya Krecek meliputi tahap pembukaan (Namakārapāṭha), pemaparan materi, dan penutup atau evaluasi; (2) model yang digunakan oleh guru tergantung pada kegiatan yang dilakukan baik dalam pendidikan, kreativitas, dan kesenian; (3) kendala dalam penerapan model pembelajaran: kurangnya pemahaman guru pada model pembelajaran, media pembelajran masih kurang, perbedaan sekolah, keterbatasan fasilitas dan keuangan, dan kurangnya semagat dari siswa.
