Infectious Myonecrosis Virus (IMNV) was first reported in Indonesia in 2006. By 2009, it spread all over the significant shrimp farming areas in Indonesia. There was a significant drop in shrimp production due to IMNV outbreak. Several efforts were made to understand the nature, mode of disease progression, and minimize the virus load. The IMNV progression was divided into four stages. Chemicals, especially of chlorine origin, showed protection against IMNV. Tilapia came up with an effective biological remedy against IMNV. The blend of essential oils, pondguard showed significant protection against IMNV in the laboratory and farms.
The tools developed within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Nuclear Energy's Nuclear Energy Advanced Modeling and Simulation (NEAMS) program aim at providing highfidelity multiphysics modeling capabilities to support design and licensing of various types of advanced nuclear reactors, including the technologies being developed by U.S. microreactor vendors relying on heat pipe and gas-cooled technologies. In FY-2022, the NEAMS Multiphysics Applications team made significant progress both in demonstrating capabilities applied to microreactor problems, and in supporting NEAMS developers.Three microreactor models were developed through this project to support a demonstration of NEAMS tools capabilities for solving challenging microreactor modeling problems:1-The Heat Pipe MicroReactor (HP-MR) unit-cell and full core models developed in FY-2021 were updated with increased fidelity. This work demonstrates the capability to perform high-fidelity multiphysics load-following and heat pipe cascading failures using coupled Griffin-BISON-Sockeye simulations. Such analysis confirmed the HP-MR concept ability to operate in a flexible way and for the reactor to follow the load, and its ability to avoid heat pipe cascading failure unless designed with high power close to operating failure limits of its heat pipes.2-A Gas-Cooled MicroReactor (GC-MR) assembly model was developed incorporating various modeling challenges expected for horizontal gas-cooled microreactors. A wide range of high-fidelity multiphysics transient analyses were simulated by coupling Griffin/BISON/SAM. These simulations showcased various types of load-following transients (large daily or short frequent power variations) and accidental transients that are specific to GC-MRs (flow blockage, depressurization, etc.). This initial analysis confirms the ability of the GC-MR to withstand such accidental transients without leading to severe accidents. Leveraging this experience, a full core GC-MR was also modelled based on industry design and initial steady-state multiphysics simulations (Griffin/SAM) were completed.3-An initial model of the Kilopower Reactor Using Stirling Technology (KRUSTY) experiment was developed leveraging initial work performed at LANL. This model was significantly updated and improved, and initial steady-state multiphysics simulations (with coupled Griffin/BISON/Sockeye) were completed.
Public sector organizations are undergoing a transformation in management style. Not only is the behavior of government agencies increasingly being carried out like business, where managers play a central role, but aspects of client service are also becoming more important. Communication is input or message from one person to another. Organizations need communication to streamline their work and carry out tasks in a perfect way. Communication is the art of sending messages and receiving the same in the form of feedback. The success of an organization is highly dependent on effective organizational communication patterns. This study aims to understand communication in achieving the objectives of government organizations. Furthermore, this study discusses effective communication in government organizations. Keywords: Organization Communication, Internal and External.
This study aims to analyze how the effects of FairReturn, Interest-Free Product, Profit Ratio (as Maqashid Syariah variable), as well as Total Assets, Financing, and Third Party Funds (common variable) to Profit Sharia Banking in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative analysis. The data used is secondary data, sourced from the annual report of each official website of Sharia Commercial Bank. The analysis technique uses panel data regression to the selected variable based on data availability in annual report of each Sharia Commercial Bank. The results of the analysis show that there are four variables in this study that significantly influence the Profit of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia, namely Fair Returns, Profit Ratio, Total Assets, and Third Party Funds. Of the four variables that influence the Sharia Commercial Bank Profit, the Profit Ratio variable is the most dominant. Testing of variables in this study shows that the fair return variable has been fulfilled by Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Where a fair return relationship with profit should be negative.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
