Abstract. At the end of last century, E-commerce and ERP become the main methods to improve competitive power, but the integration of enterprise information of ERP and E-commerce system puzzled many enterprises, so in this article, the integration importance and the main problems that are faced in the integration process are analyzed firstly, and then the enterprise information integration frame of ERP and E-commerce based on Web Services and MultiAgent is proposed to solve platform heterogeneous, language differences, and achieve the two systems information alternation.
In the process of product innovations, it is necessary to evaluate the sustainability of innovative products in order to meet the demands of sustainable development. So, the calculation process for evaluating the sustainability of innovative products is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the performances of the innovative products in social, economic, and environmental aspects are calculated based on the concepts proposed in this paper, including social matching degree, economic feasible degree, and environmental improving rate. Then, the vector-cosine method in the three-dimensional space is proposed to calculate the sustainability integrated in the three aspects, which regards innovative products as the vectors. Both the size and direction of the vectors are considered to calculate the sustainability. Finally, a case study of the cloud rail made by BYD Company in China is provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed calculation process.
Based on the requirement of integration manufacturing and modern production manner, requirement analysis is discussed. That is one of the core of ROM-Requirement-Oriented Maintenance which is a new theory and method of maintenance management. Four-source approaches of maintenance requirement are analyzed. Distinguish business maintenance requirement from technology management and policy environment is brought forward. Several methods to distinguish maintenance requirement are pointed out. Four basic levels of business maintenance of functionality, security, economy and environment are discussed. On this basis the influence factors of deciding enterprise maintenance management object are analyzed. Finally, administrative levels stair structure is put forward and three dimension orientation model or maintenance management object is studied.
This paper is starting off the need of requirement-oriented maintenance (ROM). The technique of QFD and its application achievement are summarized. Under this base the theory and method of maintenance function deployment (MFD) is pointed out. MFD is the theory that enterprises maintenance management field, emphases maintenance field, maintenance technique and method are determined on the bases of maintenance requirement. Distillation tower deployment processing of MFD is discussed. Maintenance requirement is deployed pertinently on maintenance management field, emphases maintenance field, emphases maintenance equipment and facility, critical failure mode as well as maintenance technology and method via decompounding process of MFD. The basic structure and its interrelation of house of maintenance (HOM) of MFD are studied. The base for fact application of MFD is established.
