Breastfeeding is one of the first steps for a human being to get a healthy and prosperous life. Data from the Blora District Health Office, the number of infants aged 6-24 months was 1,063 babies. Of these figures, exclusive breastfeeding rates are still around 75%. The exclusive breastfeeding coverage is still below the target in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 25 of 2000 concerning the National Development Program (Propenas) in 2000-2004, which states the level of achieving exclusive breastfeeding by 80%. The 2012 Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) shows that 57% of the workforce in Indonesia are women. In Blora City, there are already ASI corner facilities in various fields of work, facilities and different policies, but still not supporting the mastery of ASI. Data from the Blora District Health Office, the number of infants aged 6-24 months was 1,063 babies. This research is a quantitative observational analytic study, a cross-sectional approach with a population of 72 people. Samples were taken by Total Sampling. The analysis used is Chi-Square analysis and Logistics regression. The results showed there was a positive and statistically significant effect between policies (OR = 0.043; CI 95% 0.005-0.375; p = 0.004), working hours (OR = 0.049; CI 95% 0.003-0.733; p = 0.029), availability of places pumping breast milk (OR = 0.034; CI 95% 0.004-0.290; p = 0.002) and leadership support with exclusive breastfeeding (OR = 0.057; CI 95% 0.006-0.526; p = 0.012). It is recommended that the Health Service and Puskemas can work together with companies / factories / places of work to improve facilities and infrastructure that can support working mothers in breastfeeding.
Dalam upaya meningkatkan cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kabupaten Blora, maka diperlukan berbagai upaya, salah satunya yaitu pelatihan bagi kader ASI. Untuk meningkatkan angka cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak. Selain petugas kesehatan dan keluarga, kader juga bisa berperan serta dalam upaya tersebut. Kader ASI merupakan kader yang mendukung pemberian ASI eksklusif. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi kepada para kader akan pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif selama enam bulan pertama kelahiran. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara community relation melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman tentang ASI eksklusif, dan peningkatan keterampilan dalam memberikan konseling serta teknik pemijatan untuk merangsang hormon oksitosin.
Dalam konteks keberhasilan pendidikan, motivasi kerja yang tinggi merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi dipengaruhi oleh peran kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan harus mampu memberikan petunjuk dan pengawasan, meningkatkan kemauan tenaga kependidikan, membuka komunikasi dua arah, dan mampu menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif. Faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja ynag tinggi adalah kepuasan kerja Seorang guru yang merasa puas maka akan mempunyai motivasi yang tinggi dalam bekerja.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh peran kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap motivasi kerja?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja terhadap secara parsial dan simultan terhadap motivasi kerja.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Ampelgading Kabupaten Pemalang yang berjumlah 347. Setelah dihitung dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 172 orang dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian expost facto. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner/ angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda.Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Peran kepala sekolah secara parsial terhadap Motivasi kerja, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kepuasan kerja secara parsial terhadap Motivasi kerja, 3) terdapat Peran kepala sekolah dan Kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Motivasi kerja .Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka direkomendasikan, (1) dinas pendidikan memberikan penghargaan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dan peran kepala sekolah, (2) kepala sekolah menjalankan peranannya sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsinya dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi kerja, (3) guru hendaknya meningkatkan motivasi kerjanya sebagai modal bagi keberhasilan pendidikan
<em>The low learning outcomes of mathematics and student activity encourage researchers to conduct this research. The purpose of the study is to obtain information about whether or not the use of mathematical literacy increases student activity and learning outcomes. This study uses a classroom action research approach. Subject 27 students. Data collection techniques with tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis techniques with critical analysis techniques and comparative descriptive techniques with data validity namely triangulation and key informant review. The results of the study, in the initial study of students who completed 19%, the first cycle was 49%, and the second cycle was 100%. The activeness of students in the initial study was 37%, in the first cycle 74%, and in the second cycle 100%. The use of mathematical literacy has been proven to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning about fractions in grade 6 students of SDN Nampudadi.</em>
The aim of this study is to analyze the use of youtube as a learning medium at SDN Jatingaleh 02 Semarang for 4th class. Which is descriptive for the teachers. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, student questionnaires, and documentation. The research subjects are teachers and students at 4th class. The results are: 1) planning and choosing videos before teaching, 2) implementation by displaying and sharing by WA’s group. This learning process requires the teachers designing activities and providing interesting objectives. The conclusion of youtube as a learning medium can give positive impact for students, by stimulating, can to make the students comfortable, can increase students motivation, focusing, insight, and knowledge.
