Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengembangangkan media MAJAMAT pada materi pecahan kelas V SDN Sitirejo Kabupaten Blora. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kebutuhan guru dan angket kebutuhan siswa, penilaian validasi ahli materi pembelajaran dan ahli media pembelajaran, angket respon guru dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penilaian rata-rata validasi ahli materi dan ahli media pembelajaran adalah sebesar 93,1 %. Nilai tersebut berada pada interval 81%-100% dengan kategori “sangat layak digunakan”. Artinya media MAJAMAT layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika di SD. Media pembelajaran MAJAMAT mendapatkan respon dari guru sebesar 90% berdasarkan angket respon guru, dan media juga mendapatka respon siswa sebesar 90,58%. Kedua nilai tersebut terletak pada interval 81%-100% dan termasuk kategori “sangat layak digunakan”. Artinya media MAJAMAT layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran matematika di SD dan dapat diterima oleh guru maupun siswa kelas V SD.

This study was conducted using ADDIE method development procedures with steps include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research was conducted in SD N Sendangmulyo 03 Semarang. The research subjects in this study were 34 fourth grade students. The data collected in this study is data and data media expert subject matter experts and product testing results data. Based on the results of this study indicate that through the validation of media experts and subject matter experts obtained by percentage for the results obtained media expert validation percentage of 90% with the assessment criteria in the category of "Very Good". The results of expert validation on the first validation material obtained by percentage of 58% with the assessment criteria in the category of "Enough". The results of expert validation material at the second validation percentage of 71% was obtained with the assessment criteria in the category of "Good". The results of expert validation material at the third validation percentage of 75% was obtained with the assessment criteria in the category of "Good". Media expert validation by Master percentage of 85% was obtained with the assessment criteria in the category of "Very Good". Results matter expert validation by Master percentage of 95% was obtained with the assessment criteria in the category of "Very Good" then the product is tested on all students in fourth grade N 03 Semarang Sendangmulyo obtained an average percentage of 98.5% keidelan with the criteria of "Very Good".The average results of students' prior to using EE teaching materials amounting to 64.12 while the average student learning outcomes after the use of teaching materials PLH of 90.51. Then, from the observation of environmental care character on the student obtained the result "Very Good" with an average score of 19. It shows a decent EE instructional materials used as teaching material because it can improve the character of environmental awareness in students.It can be concluded that PLHdapat instructional materials used for teaching in primary schools, especially the fourth grade. His suggestion that EE teaching materials for fourth grade students that have been developed to be implemented in a learning activity to determine the extent of the advantages and disadvantages of these learning products.Keywords: Teaching Materials, PLH, Character, Environmental Care.
Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya nilai mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia terutama pada kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri Mangunharjo Semarang serta kurangnya penggunaan model pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga antusias siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran kurang dan siswa cenderung bersikap pasif Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran STAD berbantu media puzzle terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas v SDN Mangunharjo Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Pretest-Posttest one-Group Design. Hasil analisis data hasil belajar Pretest dan posttest dengan uji-t bahwa diperoleh dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 52 dan rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 80,75. Dengan N = 20, Diperoleh thitung = 9,765272 dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 1,729. Karena thitung =9,765272> ttabel = 1,729, Maka hal ini menunjukkan bahwa uji t mempunyai efek yang signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efek dari pembelajaran Model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) berbantu media puzzle. Saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melakukan pembelajaran dikelas agar dapat meningkatkan keaktifan serta minat belajar peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. The largest percentage of expenditure in fishing operations using motor boats is Fuel Oil (BBM) which amounts to 40-50% of total operating costs. Inorder to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the distribution of subsidized fuel for fisheries businesses, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries issued Ministerial Regulation KP No.13 of 2015 concerning guidelines for the implementation of the issuance of recommendation letters for the purchase of certain types of fuel oil for capture fisheries businesses. In this study, an evaluation of the formulation was carried out to determine the estimated consumption of fuel subsidies on fishing vessels measuring 10-30 GT with Gill Net and Bubu fishing gear in Bintan Regency. In the calculation process, the estimated fuel consumption for fishing vessels must consider several aspects, namely the type of fishing gear, the distance to the fishing location, the power on the main and auxiliary engines, as well as the fuel coefficient and specific gravity used. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate fuel consumption by calculating the operating mode on each type of fishing gear. This is intended as an effort to provide a more precise estimate of fuel consumption. The method used in determining fuel estimates is with two different scenarios. In scenario I, the calculation of fuel consumption uses the formulation of Permen-KP No. 13 of 2015, with the formula used in the main engine is the power of the main engine, namely the Cfo and the duration of the capture operation per trip, while for the estimated measurement of the consumption of auxiliary machines, it is calculated 20% of the estimated fuel of the main engine. On the other hand, based on scenario II, the formulation of fuel consumption estimates still uses the formulation of Permen-KP No. 13 of 2015, but the evaluation is carried out by adding calculations of the catch operation time according to the type of Gill Net or Bubu fishing gear, the distance to the capture location, and the power of the auxiliary machine used. The results of this study found that there were differences in fuel consumption in the two types of fishing gear in each scenario. In scenario II, a ship using Gill Net fishing gear requires a greater fuel consumption of 44% thana ship with Bubu fishing gear. In addition, scenario II recommends adding 43% fuel for Gill Net ships and adding 39% fuel for Bubu ships. With this scenario II modeling, theproduction contribution obtained during the application of scenario II increased by 15% on the Gill net fishing gear and 17% on the Bubu fishing gear.
