Tanah Yeng Subak Potential Study as an Agrotourism in Sedang Village, Abiansemal, Badung RegencySubak as a world heritage needs to be preserved. The issue of existence reduction of subak cause decreasing of Bali tourism attractiveness that really gives huge impact to Balinese economic-social life. One of the alternatives to prevent agricultural land into nonagricultural land is developing subak becomes agro-tourism object. Tanah Yeng Subak is one of subak that is located in Desa Sedang, Abiansemal, Badung Regency which has a big potency to be developed as an agro-tourism object. The aim of this writing is to identify the tourism potencies of Subak Tanah Yeng which can be developed become a tourism activities object. The result of the research that have been collected shows some tourism potencies of Subak Tanah Yeng, such as: the accessibility to this area is easy to reach, friendly population, regular planting rotation, cultivating diversity commodities, good maintained Subak Temple, 89,2% of the population are in productive ages, local instances that support economic matters of the population, strong and unique customs in terms of farming ceremony and Subak Tanah Yeng also provides beautiful landscape. PendahuluanSubak adalah organisasi masyarakat hukum adat, berupa perkumpulan petani pengelola air irigasi di lahan sawah, dan memiliki karakteristik sosioagraris-religius, (Windia, 2006). Keunikan budaya subak yang memiliki unsur gotong-royong dan konsep Tri Hita Karana menjadikan UNESCO mengakui subak sebagai warisan budaya dunia dalam sidang umum ke-36 di St. Petersburg, Rusia. Disisi lain eksistensi subak mengalami penurunan akibat adanya konversi lahan pertanian ke nonpertanian. Dinas Pertanian Badung menyebutkan, bahwa sejak tahun 2008 hingga tahun 2014, sebanyak 160 ha lahan basah telah beralih fungsi menjadi pembangunan akomodasi wisata dan pemukiman warga. Lokasi dengan alih fungsi lahan terbanyak terjadi di tiga kecamatan, yaitu Kecamatan Kuta Utara mencapai 94 ha, Mengwi 33 ha, dan Abiansemal 4 ha. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan keberadaan subak sebagai warisan budaya adalah melihat potensi subak sebagai objek wisata. Bali is an agrarian island but the interests of Balinese people are very limited to the agricultural sector. Faculty of Agriculture-Udayana University is primarily responsible for improving human resources in agriculture and the development of the agricultural sector in Bali. One of the facilities owned by the faculty is experimental garden. In addition to being a center of education and research, the experimental garden is also expected to introduce the agricultural field through recreational activity to thel public. By developing experimental garden as a tourist destination requires a study to determine a tourist attraction. However, having a tourist attraction will not ensure if it is matched with the experimental garden management as well as the tourism development program. This study aims to plan agricultural landscape educational tourism (Edutani) in faculty experimental garden of Udayana University. The research method was conducted with Gold (1980) planning of recreation activity approach which is consist with some steps i.e. inventory, analysis, synthesis, concept and landscape plan. This research resulted a landscape plan for Faculty of Agriculture experiment garden for edutani tourism development. Dengan demikian, diharapkan Kebun Percobaan FP Unud dapat menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata Kota Denpasar yang dapat mendekatkan masyarakat kepada Kebun Percobaan FP Unud sehingga membuka pemahaman dan minat masyarakat untuk kembali menekuni sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan lansekap wisata edukasi pertanian (edutani) di Kebun Percobaan FP Unud.
Evaluation of the Management Landscape in Bagus Agro Pelaga Vila Area, Badung Regency Landscape management it is really needen in the progress of Bagus Agro Pelaga (BAP) to improve tourism industry. The best landscape management and suistinable be able give more valve into development agrotourism and satisfaction to the guest. Landscape management is focused in this study only landscape management villa area. Purpose from this reseach is to know the consept of manage the landscape villa area which is used at BAP, know as technical orientation in managed landscape villa area in BAP, to analyst stemulation factor and brominated factor which is influence managerial activity landscape villa area in BAP. Reseach result indicate that planing most important program on the concept which is applied BAP for that villa mentioned already 80% appropriate. That is, what wash already planning appropriate with first purpose or first design. Base which is be orientation for landscape villa area in BAP is blend with concept terracing garden also management system which is democratic. The factor which is influence management landscape activity in BAP that is from internal factor such us, the necessity of SOP, increasing employee specially aesthetics employee on the villa area BAP, and the equitment isn’t enough. External faktor review input from the visitor and obserb on location suck as, amount of plants , structuring and treatment of the plants, the occurrence of vandalism, cleanliness of the pool, not enough of garbage bin, garden bench, ganden lamp, and long chair.
