Zusammenfassung. Die elterliche Sensitivität gegenüber Kleinkindern als zentrale Erziehungsfertigkeit wurde bisher vorwiegend durch Fremdbeobachtungsverfahren ermittelt. Für die Forschung und klinische Praxis werden jedoch zeitökonomische Paper-Pencil-Verfahren gefordert. Der Situations-Reaktions-Fragebogen zur Messung elterlicher Sensitivität (PS-SRQ) ist ein Selbstbeurteilungsinstrument mit drei Situationsvignetten und verhaltensorientiertem Antwortformat. Gemessen werden die vier Subskalen „Empathie”, „Promptheit”, „Zuwendung” und „Bestrafung” als Komponenten der Gesamtskala „Sensitivität”. Es werden drei Studien zur Konstruktion, Reliabilität und internen Validität präsentiert. Zusammenfassend verfügt der PS-SRQ über eine hohe interne Konsistenz und hat sich für Mütter als intern valide erwiesen. Für die Gruppe der Väter steht der Nachweis der Konstruktvalidität noch aus. Der PS-SRQ ist daher ein vielversprechendes Selbstbeurteilungsinstrument zur Erfassung der mütterlichen Sensitivität.
Die höhere Gestaltungsfreiheit für die Volksschulen1 im Zuge der Teilautonomisierung geht gleichzeitig mit einer grösseren Verantwortung für die Schul- und Unterrichtsqualität einher. Hierbei spielen Lehrpersonen eine zentrale Rolle: Sie müssen in ihrer Rolle als Mitarbeitende Commitment mit den Zielen der Schule und den Entscheidungen der Schulleitung zeigen, aktiv Verantwortung für die Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklung übernehmen sowie stärker im Team kooperieren als es bis anhin üblich war. Anders als in Volksschulen sind Lehrpersonen an Berufsfachschulen stärker mit der Follower-Rolle vertraut. Zum einen ist an Berufsfachschulen bereits seit längerem eine administrativ-organisatorische Führung etabliert, die die pädagogische Leitung, die Personalführung sowie die Schul- und Qualitätsentwicklung verantwortet. Zum anderen verfügen Lehrpersonen an Berufsfachschulen zwingend über einen Stammberuf mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und sind demnach auch in diesem Zusammenhang bereits mit der Follower-Rolle vertraut. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht, wie sich der unterschiedliche Erfahrungshintergrund von Volks- bzw. Berufsfachschullehrpersonen mit der Follower-Rolle auf die selbstberichteten Follower-Attribute einerseits und das Verständnis von guten Mitarbeitenden anderseits auswirkt. Betrachtet werden in diesem Zusammenhang die Attribute Commitment, Aktiver Beitrag für die Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung sowie Kooperation im Team. Befunde zu Gruppenunterschieden in der selbstberichteten Ausprägung an Commitment und Kooperation sowie im Verständnis von guten Mitarbeitenden und deren Implikationen für die Schulpraxis und Forschung werden diskutiert.
Externe Evaluationen sollen Aufschluss über die Schulqualität geben und zur Schulentwicklung beitragen. Der Beitrag behandelt die Frage nach den Strategien der innerschulischen Verarbeitung von Resultaten externer Schulevaluation anhand von qualitativen Fallstudien in vier Schweizer Kantonen. In der längsschnittlichen Begleitung treten vier Verarbeitungsstrategien hervor, die sich zum einen hinsichtlich der Steuerungsverfahren und zum anderen hinsichtlich der Gegenstandsbereiche der getroffenen Massnahmen unterscheiden. Die Befunde weisen darauf hin, dass die gewählten Strategien von den Themen abhängig sind, die im Evaluationsbericht im Vordergrund stehen. Je grösser die Bedeutung pädagogischer Fragen, desto stärker ist das Kollegium in den Prozess der Ergebnisverarbeitung involviert.
