Global digitization forces modern enterprises to respond to the rapid changes in the external environment and adapt to it. As a result, existing business models are being transformed in the areas of production, promotion, communication, calculations, interaction with partners and consumers. In this context, there is growing scientific interest in exploring theoretical and practical aspects of the economy digitization and its impact on the peculiarities of the economic entities functioning. Features of functioning of classical and digital economic entities on the basis of criterion approach have been investigated, using the following criteria: factors of production, form of business organization, location of workplace, production outcome, economic processes, connection with on-demand economy, methods of payment, relations with other enterprises, professions enhancing the image of the enterprise, communication method between employees, saving and processing of information, company promotion tools and consumer communication. The main statistical indicators of the digitalization impact on the activity of enterprises in the world and in Ukraine in 2018 have been analyzed. The feasibility of using digital economy tools has been outlined. Advantages and disadvantages of the impact of digital transformation space on the enterprise have been identified.
У статті розглянуто умови формування та реалізації системи вартісно-орієнтованого управління фінансами промислових підприємств, досліджено ефективність інструментів вартісно-орієнтованого управління та інші складові, що формують структуру відповідного механізму управління. Розкриті зміст та сутність складових, їхні функціональні властивості, що забезпечують ефективне функціонування зазначеного механізму. Залежно від концентрації зусиль на основних видах діяльності промислового підприємства, що формують фінансові ресурси, а саме: операційній, фінансовій та інвестиційній, розглянуті варіанти фінансових стратегій, які можуть бути реалізовані механізмом вартісно-орієнтованого управління залежно від поставленої мети та визначених завдань, що зумовлені стартовими показниками підприємства як об’єкта управління. Розглянуто також ефективність впровадження механізму вартісно-орієнтованого управління у практику фінансово-господарської діяльності промислового підприємства.

The paper describes the characteristics of this generation and suggests the types of teaching methods and exercises that are accepted by students. The third paper, authored by Ewa Wójcik, discusses the influences of the constantly changing environment on students' learning style and the importance of educators' role in this regard. The author addresses the characteristics of contemporary students and the implications of these characteristics for teaching strategies. Interdisciplinary problem-based learning founded on university-business collaboration is explored by Renata Petrevska Nechkoska and Monika Angeloska Dichovska who, in the fourth paper, show how this type of learning helps students develop their knowledge, skills and competences for contemporary complex, dynamic and information-rich global society. Gamification as a teaching strategy based on contemporary informationcommunication technology and aimed at the development of students' problemsolving skills and capabilities to engage in real-life social activities is discussed by Lyudmyla Remnova and Khrystyna Shtyrkhun in the fifth paper. The sixth paper, which was authored by Grzegorz Głód and Izabella Steinerowska-Streb, addresses the challenge of aligning theory with practice by discussing the achieved synergies that arise from merging two disciplines -entrepreneurship and finance -in one study program. У статті проаналізовано поняття «ризик» та визначено сутність ризику на ринку органічної продукції, який запропоновано розглядати як ймовірність настання непередбачених обставин зовнішнього або внутрішнього характеру, які можуть виникнути на всіх етапах життєвого циклу продукції, а саме виробництво, переробка, зберігання, транспортування, реалізація і пов’язані з можливістю заподіяння шкоди та збитку суб’єктам ринку органічної продукції. Ідентифіковано та класифіковано ризики, з якими можуть зіткнутись суб’єкти ринку органічної продукції. Запропоновано методи управління окресленими ризиками.
