Student management is an effort made to manage all student activities starting when they enter to completing education with various series of activities that have been set in educational institutions. Student activities are an important part that is useful for increasing the potential of each student. This study aims to (1) describe student management planning in improving student academic achievement at MAN 3 Jombang, (2) describe the implementation of student management in improving student academic achievement at MAN 3 Jombang, and (3) describe the evaluation of student management in improve student academic achievement at MAN 3 Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of case study research. The results showed that, the management planning of students was carried out as an initial stage in preparing an activity with reference to the previous evaluation. In this planning activity, madrasas carry out various programs such as recruitment, selection, orientation, and grouping. The implementation of student management refers to the planning program. In this case, madrasas carry out service, coaching and monitoring activities. Service activities include the acceptance of new students. Coaching activities include fostering students' personal character, fostering discipline and fostering student academic achievement. Meanwhile, student supervision activities collaborate with BK teachers, madrasa security teams and the surrounding community. Evaluation of student management was carried out three times, namely evaluation after the activity, evaluation every semester and evaluation at the end of each academic year. The results of the evaluation meeting are used by the madrasa as consideration for improving the next student activity program. Abstrak Manajemen peserta didik adalah suatu usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengelola seluruh kegiatan peserta didik dimulai saat mereka masuk hingga menyelesaikan pendidikan dengan berbagai rangkaian kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan di lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan peserta didik merupakan bagian penting yang berguna untuk peningkatan potensi setiap peserta didik.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa di MAN 3 Jombang, (2) mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa di MAN 3 Jombang, dan (3) mendeskripsikan evaluasi manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa di MAN 3 Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaperencanaan manajemen peserta didik dilakukan sebagai tahap awal dalam menyusun suatu kegiatan dengan acuan evaluasi sebelumnya. Dalam kegiatan perencanaan ini madrasah melaksanakan berbagai program seperti rekrutmen, seleksi, orientasi, dan pengelompokan.Implementasi manajemen peserta didik mengacu pada perencanaan. Dalam hal ini madrasah melakukan kegiatan pelayanan meliputi penerimaan peserta didik baru, kegiatan pembinaan meliputi pembinaan karakter pribadi siswa, pembinaan disiplin dan pembinaan prestasi akademik siswa dan kegiatan pengawasan peserta didik bekerjasama dengan guru Bimbingan Konseling, tim keamanan madrasah dan masyarakat sekitar.Evaluasi manajemen peserta didik dilaksanakan sebanyak tigakali yakni evaluasi setelah kegiatan, evaluasi setiap semester dan evaluasi setiap akhir tahun ajaran. Hasil rapat evaluasi tersebut digunakan oleh madrasah sebagai bahan pertimbangan perbaikan program kegiatan peserta didik selanjutnya.

Sexual violence still occurs these days in the context of the household circumstances. Having viewed from the perspective of gender, Islamic law, as well as K.H Husein Muhammad's thoughts, it turns out that in sexual relations there are not only the husband's rights and the wife's obligations, but the wife also has rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by the husband. Fathul Izaar and Qurrotul 'Uyuun as books of sexology in Islamic boarding schools can actually lead to the achievement of rights & obligations for both husbands and wives in sexual relations. This research seeks to answer how the ethics of sexual relations in the book Fathul Izaar and Qurrotul 'Uyuun can lead to the fulfillment of rights & obligations when having sexual intercourse, both for husbands and wives. The research used a qualitative method, which was carried out using a library research approach. The primary sources in this study are the books of Fathul Izaar and Qurrotul 'Uyuun, while the secondary ones are documents that are compatible with the study that the researchers did. Data analysis in this study used qualitative content analysis techniques. The results indicate that: The ethics of sexual relations that researchers found in the books of Fathul Izaar and Qurrotul 'Uyuun can lead to the fulfillment of rights & obligations for both husbands and wives when having sexual intercourse, with the various ethics listed in the two books
