ABSTRAK Kehamilan merupakan hal yang sangat membahagiakan bagi seorang wanita. Dalam melewati kehamilannya seorang ibu hamil merasa tidak percaya diri, merasa tidak nyaman dengan kehamilannya serta merasa tidak tenang dan khawatir terutama akan persalinannya. Hypnoprenatal merupakan salah-satu metode hypnosis yang dilakukan pada ibu hamil. Hypnoprenatal merupakan upaya untuk menyakinkan ibu hamil bahwa dia bisa menjalani kehamilannya. Sasaran dari kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah ibu hamil. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu pemberdayaan ibu hamil melalui hypnoprenatal. Dilakukan tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu wawancara pendahuluan, pelaksanaan hypnoprenatal dan evaluasi. Jumlah ibu hamil 10 orang dengan usia antara 18 tahun – 30 tahun, jenjang pendidikan yaitu SMP-SMA. Dilakukan hypnoprenatal pada ibu hamil diberikan sugesti dan kata-kata positif diringi dengan irama dan terapi musik relaksasi yang menenangkan dan menambah kepercayaan diri yang tinggi bagi ibu hamil. Setelah diberikan Hypnoprenatal terdapat perubahan yang lebih baik pada ibu hamil. Pada awal wawancara sebelum kegiatan dilakukan terdapat ibu-ibu yang mengeluh cemas dengan kehamilannya. Namun setelah dilakukan hypnoprenatal ibu merasa tampak lebih tenang dan merasa yakin dan percaya diri dalam menjalani kehamilannya. In going through her pregnancy, a pregnant woman feels insecure, feels uncomfortable with her pregnancy and feels uneasy and worried, especially about her delivery. Hypnoprenatal is one of the methods of hypnosis performed on pregnant women. Hypnoprenatal is an attempt to convince pregnant women that she can live her pregnancy. The target of this community service activity is pregnant women. The purpose of this activity was to empower pregnant women through hypnoprenatal. Three stages of activities were carried out, namely preliminary interviews, hypnoprenatal implementation and evaluation. The number of pregnant women were 10 people with ages between 18 and 30 years, the education level is SMP-SMA. Hypnoprenatal was performed on pregnant women given positive suggestions and words accompanied by rhythms and relaxation music therapy that soothes and adds high self-confidence for pregnant women. After being given Hypnoprenatal there is a better change in pregnant women. At the beginning of the interview before the activity was carried out there were mothers who complained of anxiety about their pregnancy. ABSTRAK Menurut Data Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesian (SDKI) tahun 2017, Angka Kematian Balita (AKABA) di Indonesia sebesar 32 per 1000 kelahiran hidup. Upaya menurunkan AKABA adalah dengan pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita. Tujuan pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita pada kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu balita. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode partisipatif, dimana ibu balita berdiskusi dan berbagi pengalaman dengan bimbingan fasilitator menggunakan lembar balik dan buku KIA. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan kelas ibu balita di Posyandu Anyelir Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dempo Palembang, didapatkan hasil dari kegiatan pre tes nilai tertinggi 81 dan nilai terendah 50. Dengan nilai rata-rata pre tes sebesar 69. Pada kegiatan post tes didapatkan nilai tertinggi 84 dan nilai terendah 70. Nilai rata-rata setelah pos tes adalah sebesar 76,95. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan kelas ibu balita. Kelas ibu balita dapat dilakukan secara rutin melalui kegiatan Posyandu sehingga dapat lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku ibu balita mengenai kesehatan dan tumbuh kembang balita. Efforts to reduce the Toddler Mortality Rate are by implementing classes for mothers of children under five. ABSTRAK Pemenuhan gizi yang adekuat pada balita merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Pengetahuan ibu yang baik tentang gizi balita juga merupakan faktor terpenting dalam mendukung tercapainya pemberian gizi yang adekuat bagi balita. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi pada balita. Melalui pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita dengan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan penggunaan multimedia berupa video sebagai media edukasi. Kegiatan kelas ibu balita ini dilaksanakan di Posyandu Anyelir Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dempo kota Palembang. Dilakukan pengukuran pengetahuan ibu dengan metode pre-test dan dan post-test. Evaluasi dari pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita dari kegiatan pre-test, nilai rata-rata sebesar 76,30, nilai tertinggi 81 dan terendah 50. Pada kegiatan post-test didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 77,08, nilai tertinggi 89 dan terendah 45. Terdapat kenaikan nilai rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan kelas ibu balita. Peningkatan pengetahuan ibu melalui kelas ibu balita merupakan salah satu cara yang sangat efektif untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang balita yang optimal. Dapat dilakukan dengan metode-metode lain yang lebih edukatif dan variatif. Good maternal knowledge about toddler nutrition is also the most important factor in supporting the achievement of adequate nutrition for toddlers. This community service activity aims to increase maternal knowledge about nutrition in toddlers. Through the implementation of toddler mother classes using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and the use of multimedia in the form of video as an educational medium. This toddler mother class activity was held at Posyandu Anyelir Working Area of Puskesmas Dempo Palembang city. Measurement of maternal knowledge by pre-test and post-test methods. Evaluation of the implementation of the toddler mother class from pre-test activities, an average score of 76.30, a high score of 81, and a low of 50. In post-test activities, an average score of 77.08 was obtained, a high of 89 and a low of 45. There was an increase in average grades before and after the toddler mother class. Conclusion: Increasing maternal knowledge through the toddler mother class is one of the most effective ways to support optimal toddler growth and development. Breastfeeding is a very precious time for a mother who has just given birth to her baby. Where at this time, the mother gives breast milk which is called a golden liquid to the baby. Breast milk is the optimal nutrition for babies at the beginning of their life. However, in the process of breastfeeding, mothers often feel anxious and not confident that they can breastfeed their babies well and can provide enough breast milk for their babies' nourishment and growth. Peace of mind and feelings can affect the process of milk production. Hypnobreastfeeding is one of the techniques to help mothers to feel calm, comfortable, relaxed, and happy while breastfeeding. Giving positive affirmative sentences about Hypnobreastfeeding can help reduce anxiety and increasing the mother's sense of self-worth will help the nursing process go more easily. This study aims to explain how hypnobreastfeeding is used in nursing mothers. The method used is a literature review by utilizing Google Scholar and PubMed data. The results of a literature search found that Hypnobreastfeeding is beneficial for breastfeeding mothers. Hypnobreastffeding can overcome anxiety, increase motivation and confidence in mothers, and can increase breast milk production.
