The research is based on a large enough market potential for the development of the halal fashion industry in Indonesia. The hijab fashion trend is a production target that continues to develop with various technologies and innovations, which encourage the consumption of community groups to use hijab fashion to continue to increase. The study was conducted to determine the purpose of the hijab community in using halal hijab fashion as part of their identity in demonstrating the existence of the hijab group through the ideological and consumption approaches. Qualitative analysis is carried out to determine the ideological emphasis and consumption of the hijab community through open interviews to obtain a clear picture of the social situation. The results show that religious beliefs are the main basis in encouraging the use of hijab and necessity factors.
Merger is one of the strategies taken by the company to develop and grow the company. In addition, mergers can create a healthy, efficient and competitive company system. The merger decision was made by the three largest state-owned Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). This is a decision that aims to encourage larger Islamic banks so that they can enter the global market and become a catalyst for Islamic economic growth in Indonesia. The decision made during the COVID-19 pandemic is the main step in the context of strengthening the Sharia economy in Indonesia, which is being suppressed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The merger of state-owned Islamic banks will make the merger of Islamic banking better and more efficient with indicators of increasing market share for Islamic banking in Indonesia. With the aim of providing an overview of the impacts as well as opportunities and challenges that will arise from the BSI merger decision during the Covid-19 pandemic at BSI KC Bengkulu Panorama. The merging of three state-owned Islamic banks has an impact on various aspects. This impact occurs on customers, employees and the community. Mergers also have an opportunity, namely increasing assets in banks for merger participants and will expand market penetration. On the other hand, mergers also pose many challenges considering that the COVID-19 has shaken the economy in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method through interviews, documentation, field research and library research so that it can provide information to solve the problems encountered.
This study aims to determine whether Corporate Social Responsibility and Profitability affect the company value of Islamic Banks. The samples in this study were BRIS. Corporate Social Responsibility is measured using a checklist based on GRI G4. Meanwhile, profitability is measured by return or assets and firm value is measured by the Tobin's Q ratio. Hypothesis testing uses the Time Series analysis method using the Eviews 8.1 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Corporate Social Responsibility variable does not affect the company value of Islamic Banks; and (2) the profitability variable has an effect on the firm value of Islamic Banks.
The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of problematic financing that occurred in murabahah financing products and explain the procedure for solving problematic financing in murabahah financing products at / DSN-MUI / II / 2005 concerning the Rescheduling of Murabahah and Fatwa Bills for the National Sharia Board No: 25 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 About Rahn. To disclose the matter, researchers use a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with employees of BPRS Muamalat Harkat in the Finance section and customer service of BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja. Data is also obtained from brochures of BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja. The data analysis technique used was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study conclude that the problematic financing that occurred in murabahah financing products at BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja was caused by a decrease in the level of debitor income. The settlement of problematic financing cases conducted by BPRS Muamalat Harkat Sukaraja is in accordance PENDAHULUAN Perbankan merupakan suatu lembaga keuangan yang tidak terlepas dari kegiatan manusia khususnya dalam kegiatan perekonomian. Bank ialah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkan kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit dan atau bentuk-bentuk lainnya dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. 1 Sedangkan pengertian dari Bank syariah ialah lembaga keuangan atau perbankan yang kegiatan operasional dan produknya dikembangkan berlandaskan pada Alquran dan Hadis.
The high amount of problematic financing at BMT Kota Mandiri Bengkulu caused this institution to experience losses so that its operations became stuck. This study aims to determine how the optimization carried out by BMT Kota Mandiri in solving problematic murabahah financing. The type and approach of the research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The main informant is Mrs. Hesti, the treasurer of BMT Kota Mandiri. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study indicate that BMT Kota Mandiri performs optimization by increasing the intensity of communication with customers, helping to promote customers who have products (entrepreneurship), providing good advice to customers regarding the business being carried out, and always reminding customers to pay off installments through tausiyah. short messages related to debts in Islamic teachings through short messages sent via SMS and WA.
