Along with the times, technology has also developed, many changes have occurred because of technology, such as in the fields of health, agriculture, education and many other fields. Therefore, in the world of education, we must continue to keep up with the times so that the field of education is not left behind by other fields. We know that education is very influential for the progress of a country. The teacher's responsibility is very large in it, all teachers should not be easily satisfied with what they have now, but must continue to learn to keep up with increasingly advanced technological developments. Today's learning media are very much like animated videos that can be applied at several levels of education. Using media in the form of animated videos in the learning process at the elementary school education level is an effective thing because at their age they are very happy when they see something different. Previously their learning process only used media in the form of textbooks or notebooks which might cause boredom to students but with the development of very advanced technology the learning process can use animated videos, but that does not mean to replace books as teaching materials but instead integrate teaching materials so that students do not feel bored. The purpose of education is essentially to humanize humans. If we want students not to feel bored and be able to continue to understand the learning material provided, a teacher must be good at implementing a learning system, starting from determining teaching materials to the methods used, a teacher must also be able to attract the attention of participants. educate them by giving something new because elementary school children will be easily interested if they see something different.
The current of globalization is seen as a huge wave that brings impacts and changes in various aspects of life. This includes the change in life from the industrial era 4.0 to the era of society 5.0.Education has now contributed to the development of science and technology, where its usefulness provides new knowledge that will later be useful for students and the nation's technological advances. The teaching and learning process is now adapted to the advancement of information technology which helps in the process of receiving information more easily quickly and efficiently. Of course, with progress that initially aimed to facilitate and assist in completing tasks or work, it is not impossible that it will cause conflicts, disputes. Therefore, it is necessary to re-instill knowledge related to the importance of Multikultural Education in the era of society 5.0. This multikultural education is suspended to the child or learner in the hope that the child understands that both inside and outside his environment there is cultural diversity. Cultural diversity affects people's behavior, attitudes, ways of thinking so that humans have manners, customs, rules, and even customs that are different from others. The method used in this writing is a library research method.
This study was conducted to determine whether preschoolers' intellectual maturity affects the learning outcomes of physical education and health using a thematic learning method. The research method used in this study was a quasi-experiment, where the experimental group was given a thematic learning approach, while the control group was given a conventional learning approach. The sample used in this study consisted of 60 students, and a written test was used as the instrument at the end of the learning process. Analysis was conducted using a two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a 2x2 factorial design. The results showed that the p-value for student maturity was 0.509, which is greater than the error rate of α (0.05), indicating that there is no difference in the influence of preschoolers' intellectual maturity on the learning outcomes of physical education and health. Meanwhile, the significance value of p (learning method) was 0.016, which is less than the error rate of α (0.05), indicating that there is an influence of the thematic learning approach on the learning outcomes of physical education and health. From these findings, it can be concluded that (a) there is no difference in the learning outcomes of physical education and health between students who are intellectually mature and those who are not, (b) there is a difference in the learning outcomes of physical education and health between students who are given a thematic learning approach and those who are given a conventional learning approach, and (c) there is an influence of preschoolers' intellectual maturity with the thematic learning method on the learning outcomes of physical education and health.
Indonesia is a country that has various kinds of diversity inherent in diversity, ethnicity, race, culture and religion. So we need multicultural education that respects differences and does not discriminate, especially in the world of education. This study aims to find out what kind of role multicultural education plays in efforts to prevent cases of discrimination in the world of education. The hope that we want to achieve in this research is to be able to describe that multicultural education can be an effort to prevent educational discrimination in Indonesia. In this study, the authors used the library research method or library search, as well as this type of method which is a type of qualitative method. This study only uses literature without field research. Multicultural education must strive that whoever and whatever the conditions of a person are all entitled to the same education because Indonesia is a country that has a lot of diversity.
Education at this time is a tool for unifying the nation, equalizing opportunities, and developing one’s potential to the fullest. So that through education can minimaze the differences of all citizens so that they can develop their potential. This research is a type of qualitative research. The data analysis technique in this study uses the reception analysis method, namely by collecting data from in-depth interviews. This research is a descreptive study. The target in this study was students of SMA Negeri 17 Samarinda who were in grade 12. This research has analysis that qualitative narratives obtained from the rseults of interviews with profound, with students of SMA Negeri 17 Samarinda. The technique used in this study to collect data is by in-depth interviews which are then obtained qualitative narratives and analyzed to get answers to the formulations of this research problem. The conlusion that can be drawn from this study is that SMA Negeri 17 Samarinda has a very important role in the development of students ability to have insight, behavior to respond to the reality of an advanced and just life. The reality of live today is based on multicultural differences, the refore multicultural education can be said to be a process of developing all the potential or abilities of students who value pluarality and heterogenity as a consequence of religion, ethnicity, ethnicity and religion. So it can be concluded that multicultural education requires the highest respect and aprrection for human dignity and dignity from wherever He comes from and is to be relegius, especially in this environment of the SMA Negeri 17 Samarinda.
