Sehr geehrte Herausgeber, beim Pemphigoid gestationis (PG) handelt es sich um eine seltene bullöse Autoimmundermatose aus der Pemphigoid-Gruppe. Diese Erkrankung beginnt meist zwischen dem 2. Schwangerschaftstrimester und dem Puerperium und weist eine Rezidivneigung bei Folgeschwangerschaften auf [ 1,2 ] .Eine 35-jährige pakistanische Patientin (IV. Para, V. Gravida) stellte sich im September 2015 in der 17. Schwangerschaftswoche (SSW) mit neu aufgetretenen stark juckenden disseminierten Hautveränderungen vor. In zwei vorherigen Schwangerschaften, aus denen ihre 17-und 12-jährigen Kinder hervorgingen, sei es jeweils im 3. Trimenon zu moderater Blasenbildung am Abdomen mit rascher Abheilung nach der Entbindung gekommen. Zwei weitere Schwangerschaften, darunter auch die letzte Schwangerschaft vor fünf Jahren, seien problemlos verlaufen.
