Documento editado a partir de conversa com a escritora e professora universitária Paloma Vidal acerca de seu projeto Não Escrever. A conversa ocorreu em 17 de setembro de 2019, em que a escritora apresentou seu arquivo pessoal e relatou sobre os processos empreendidos na concepção do projeto. O projeto se inicia em 2015, manifestando-se em formatos variados: um projeto acadêmico; uma série de palestras performáticas; um livro cartonero. Nossa conversa percorre essas três manifestações e também reflexões de Vidal sobre a presença da performance em sua prática de escrita e criação literária. O produto resultante dessa conversa foi primeiramente transcrito e possibilitou uma primeira exposição reflexiva, em formato de comunicação, no congresso "Rascunhos do contemporâneo", ocorrido em Curitiba em outubro de 2019. Mais tarde, o material foi analisado com mais cuidado, de modo que se percebeu a necessidade de editá-lo incluindo breves comentários e explicações adicionais. Pelo fato de que a conversa foi conduzida de modo a não interromper tanto a fala da entrevistada, por vezes observa-se que os conteúdos que apresenta estão espiralados, o que dificulta a leitura e compreensão do material. Assim, apresento este diálogo dentro do quadro de uma espécie de entrevista comentada.
