Female workers do not always get the same rights as their male colleagues. Many women are forced to dispel their desires to become structural career women because they are unable to compete with men. Therefore, it is necessary to have clear performance measurements to prove that female teachers also have good performance. The research was conducted using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The test was conducted by SEM analysis techniques using AMOS. The study found a significant influence between Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction as well as Job Satisfaction on Commitment. In the next test it was found that Job Performance was only influenced by family conflict in a negative direction, while Commitment and Job Satisfaction had no effect on Job Performance.
Abstract-The goal of the research is to describe and analyze the principal's skills in implementing the improvement of learning excellence. This study used a qualitative approach with the design of the multi-case study. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and study of the document. The validity of the data is done with credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data collected from the three techniques were organized, interpreted, and analyzed repeatedly, both inside-case analysis and across-case analysis in order to draft concepts and the abstract of research findings. The results shows that the principal's skills in implementing the excellent enhancement was proved by the results of principal's performance through the acquisition of academic and non-academic achievement which were accomplished by the students and determined by the prominent principal's skills in terms of: technical skills in the scope of learning, implementing the theory of recent learning, creating the program of staff development, computer skills and adequate foreign language skills.Keywords-managerial skills, the principal's skill in implementing, the learning excellence.
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze: 1) the implementation of school-based management in robotics extracurricular at SD Muhammadiyah 4; 2) factors supporting the implementation of school-based management in robotics extracurricular at SD Muhammadiyah 4; 3) and inhibiting factors of the implementation school-based management of robotics extracurricular at SD Muhammadiyah 4. This is a case study research. Data collection techniques are using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of school-based management is in accordance with the characteristics and the framework of school-based management well, including cooperation and communication between schools, parents, students synergized. Factors supporting the implementation of school-based management are high community participation, complete learning tools, learning process using the PAKEM approach. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of the lack of affordable facilities and infrastructure as the main media for the process of extracurricular robotics activities is less stable for the learners.
This study was conducted to determine the marketing strategy of private schools in facing the new policies of the Surabaya City Office in the Admission of New Junior High School Students. Various internal and external factors also influence the running of the marketing strategy being implemented. This study focuses on: a) marketing strategy including school programs, strategy and gold mix (product, price, location, promotion of human resources, sarpras and service management), b) internal factors including school strengths, school weaknesses and organizational structure, c) factors external includes school opportunities, school threats and political technology, culture. The method used is qualitative research and case study type. The subjects in this study are the principal, the Deputy Principals, especially in the field of public relations who know the relationship between the institution and the wider community, teachers as learning actors, guardians of students as consumers of service users. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019-2020 school year. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was an interactive analysis model consisting of three components, namely data condensation, data triangulation, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results showed that the marketing strategies implemented by the Labschool Junior High School and Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya Junior High School were good and maximized by taking advantage of the advantages they had. Inhibiting factors, such as new policies and the number of competitors, can be minimized by continuing to prioritize superior programs and explore existing human resources.
Tujuan artikel ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam upaya meningkatkan profesional guru. Artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur / kepustakaan yaitu dengan cara mengartikan beberapa jurnal nasional maupun internasional sehingga dalam memperoleh data melalui kajian teks kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dalam upaya meningkatkan profesional guru adalah adanya saran-saran dari bawahan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan.
