Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprisess are businesses run by commoner with limited capital, and apply simple technology. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are an important part of the country's economy so it needs the role of the government to be able to support the existence of MSMEs. But the challenges faced by MSMEs are not easy such as making simple financial statements so that later they can be used as a condition for credit applications at banks, this is done so that MSMEs continue to grow and can innovate. The purpose of this activity is that business actors/MSMEs in Petahunan can apply continuously to simple financial records on each transaction. Methods carried out by counseling, training and mediation, as well as direct practice regarding recording transactions. The results showed that the participants enthusiastically participated in counseling, actively asking to be able to make financial statements simply. Based on this activity, it can be concluded that the MSMEs of petahunan have understood the importance of recording transactions to make simple financial statements. This will certainly have a good impact on business continuity and to create economic independence.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peramalan penjualan tahun 2017–2019 berdasarkan penjualan tahun 2014 – 2016. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen, manajemen perusahaan membuat peramalan. Dengan peramalan, maka perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan dan mengambil keputusan dalam produksinya, namun dalam kegiatan peramalan memerlukan penerapan metode, hal ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui permintaan yang akan datang dan meminimalkan kesalahan peramalan. Berdasarkan hasil peramalan, pada tahun 2017, Antam akan menghasilkan penjualan sebesar Rp. 9.371.761.984.000, tahun 2018 sebesar Rp. 9.214.576.894.500, dan pada tahun 2019 sebesar Rp. 9.057.391.805000. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan PBV, saham perseroan dipasarkan sebesar 0,85 kali pada tahun 2014, 0,46 kali pada tahun 2015, dan 1,16 kali pada tahun 2015 dibandingkan dengan nilai bukunya
Abstract. Business and Financial Management Training for Savings and Loan Cooperative Employees. Community service is carried out with the aim of providing an introduction to business management for the management and employees of savings and loan cooperatives. The introduction of business management is expected to be able to improve the competence of management and employees, especially in carrying out business management functions, both from marketing, finance and human resources. The method of this activity is an introduction to the concept of business management and its role in building competitive advantage. Management and employees are given an understanding of business management functions, both from marketing, finance and human resources in order to improve the ability of management and employees in cooperative management. Service activities are carried out with a face-to-face method. Implementation of activities carried out by means of lectures on the concepts of business management functions and their application in cooperatives. Service activities carried out well and smoothly.
