Resumo A pandemia causada pela dispersão da COVID-19 no mundo obrigou muitos países a adotarem o isolamento social como medida de contenção do vírus. Pesquisas prévias indicam que pessoas submetidas ao isolamento social desenvolvem sintomas psicológicos variados, principalmente relacionados ao estresse, ansiedade e depressão, decorrentes da privação social e do confinamento. Este artigo objetiva apresentar pesquisas produzidas pela Psicologia Positiva e indicar como esses achados podem subsidiar intervenções para a promoção de saúde mental e bem-estar durante o isolamento social. Dentre os construtos descritos, destacam-se pesquisas sobre autocompaixão, resiliência, criatividade, otimismo, esperança, bem-estar subjetivo e práticas de meditação mindfulness para lidar com os efeitos adversos do isolamento. Considerações e implicações dessas práticas são discutidas em detalhes.
Crescentemente as empresas precisam ser inovadoras para manterem-se no mercado, e diante da importância da criatividade nesse processo, fazem-se necessárias técnicas e ferramentas que possibilitem a sua identificação. Este estudo objetivou entender qual é a concepção sobre a criatividade entre os psicólogos organizacionais, se ela é avaliada e quais as ferramentas ou técnicas utilizadas. A amostra foi composta por 50 psicólogos que atuam na área de Recursos Humanos. Constatou-se que os profissionais de RH reconhecem a importância da criatividade e há uma concepção alinhada às teorias atuais. No entanto, a forma como a criatividade tem sido avaliada nas empresas suscita algumas discussões. A predominância pela Entrevista e Dinâmica de Grupo e o pouco uso de testes pode estar negligenciando aspectos importantes da avaliação. Desse modo, são necessários maiores estudos que contemplem as temáticas de técnicas de seleção fundamentais para apoiar o trabalho de profissionais dessa área.Palavras chaves: criatividade; processo seletivo; recursos humanos. CREATIVITY IN ORGANIZATIONS: FROM THE CONCEPTION TO THE FORMS OF EVALUATION Abstract
As empresas reconhecem a importância da criatividade para o seu negócio e é crescente o interesse em contratar profissionais criativos e inovadores. Este trabalho teve como objetivo comparar a avaliação da criatividade em processos seletivos através da prática mais utilizada pelas empresas, Dinâmica de Grupo, com instrumentos estandardizados de avaliação psicológica. Participaram da pesquisa 54 sujeitos, os instrumentos utilizados foram os Testes de Torrance e Folha de Observação da Dinâmica. Os resultados encontrados demonstram que os critérios avaliados nas empresas (Dinâmica de Grupo) são diferentes dos critérios avaliados nos testes estandardizados de avaliação, mostrando que a prática usual não é eficaz na avaliação da criatividade. Este trabalho demonstra a importância de utilizar-se testes psicológicos validados para garantir a eficácia dos processos seletivos, buscando eximir o quanto for possível aspectos subjetivos na avaliação, evitando assim, uma avaliação baseada apenas na observação e contribuindo para um método de trabalho mais padronizado.
RESUMOResidências Terapêuticas constituem-se como alternativas de moradias localizadas no espaço urbano e se destinam a pessoas internadas há muitos anos em Hospitais Psiquiátricos. Este trabalho originou-se de uma pesquisa realizada na iniciação científica que mapeou os projetos de Residência Terapêutica na cidade de Curitiba e Região Metropolitana, descreveu suas estruturas básicas comuns e caracterizou seu funcionamento e estrutura. Tem a intenção de apresentar algumas considerações acerca da implantação de residências terapêuticas e oferecer subsídios analíticos para o acompanhamento e a necessária avaliação deste processo de desinstitucionalização de pacientes que foram objeto de internamento psiquiátrico de longa duração. Aponta como prioridade a presença constante da pesquisa sobre os serviços de saúde mental no Brasil e estabelece uma interlocução necessária com a universidade, na certeza de que saúde e educação devem ser direito de todo cidadão. O processo de identificação e avaliação das AH/S estabelece-se como um desafio e de suma importância em qualquer fase da vida, sobretudo na vida adulta, permitindo encaminhamentos e intervenções adequadas. Considerando a relevância do tema e a carência de produções nacionais, este estudo teve como objetivo descrever e analisar um estudo de caso de avaliação de AH/S de uma paciente adulta da cidade de Curitiba-PR. A avaliação foi composta por instrumentos psicológicos quantitativos e instrumentos qualitativos para investigação da superdotação, além de informações advindas da família. Os dados revelam altos índices nos testes de desempenho de inteligência, memória e atenção. Quanto aos aspectos emocionais, a avaliada demonstra a presença de certo nível de ansiedade, baixa autoestima e postura autocrítica. Quanto aos aspectos de criatividade, apresenta estilo preferencial inconformista transformador. No que tange ao perfil das AH/S, a avaliada evidenciou habilidade acima da média, envolvimento com a tarefa e criatividade, o que corrobora que ela apresenta comportamentos de superdotação, nos pressupostos teóricos de Renzulli (2014). Os dados levantados propiciaram à avaliada maior autoconhecimento e ressignificação de crenças a seu próprio respeito, fortalecendo sua autoestima, favorecendo encaminhamentos e direcionamentos na vida pessoal e profissional, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento, expressão e valorização do seu potencial.
