For the problems such as layering and splitting of traditional sandwich structure composite, a resin matrix composite with lattice and interface reinforced structure has been designed, and using vacuum forming process was developed in this paper. The composite material has high specific strength and stiffness. On this basis, a road pavement developed by this composite material used in engineer urgent was designed. This composite pavement with characters of light weight, high strength and good toughness, and its surface plate was hard, wear-resistant and non-slip. The connection between the pavements was designed for quick assembling, which could make the pavement assemble operation was simple, fast and reliable.
Hybrid carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) and steel bar reinforcement concrete were applied in a transfer beam. Three specimens (ZHL-2, ZHL-3, and ZHL-4) corresponded to different forms of reinforcement, reinforcement ratio, and reinforced root number, respectively. The pseudo static test of the three specimens was carried out under the condition of vertical loading and horizontal reversed cyclic loading. The flexural property and failure mode of the transfer beams were demonstrated. Further, the ductility, energy dissipation capability, hysteretic characteristics, structural yield mechanism, and failure mechanism were also studied. The exploration of these factors was aimed to study the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the transfer beam with hybrid CFRP and steel bars. The test results show that if both the upper and lower longitudinal reinforcements were replaced by CFRP bars with a symmetrical reinforcement, the mechanical property and deformation performance would be superior. The performance would be better than the reinforcements with single upper and lower replacement by CFRP bars. Both the upper and lower longitudinal bars of the transfer beam should be replaced by CFRP bars with a symmetrical form of reinforcement. The ductility performance would be better for the transfer beam with the hybrid reinforcement of CFRP bars and steel bars. It showed a seismic performance. The transfer beam with the hybrid reinforcement of CFRP bars and steel bars could meet the design requirements for the ductile frame “strong column, weak beam and strong node.”

Based on field investigation of random fractured rock mass, the sample parameters are put to statistical analysis, and 2-D fracture network model is established with probability-statistics theory and Monte-Carlo simulation technique. Finally, 2-D fracture network model is formed, which gain fracture distributed regularity in statistical sense, and is of important meaning to describe the fracture geometrical characteristics.
Based on the assumption of plane section, ideal elastic-plastic model of steel and the constitutive relations of concrete in Chinese Code for Design of Concrete Structures, numerical method is used to analyze the relationship of the axial force-moment-curvature on RC section. After dividing the normal section into strips, we adopt the secant stiffness iteration method (according to the results of each iteration, modify the secant stiffness through changing the elastic modulus of materials) to compile computer program. The results of the paper show a good agreement with those of the analytical method. Comparing with the analytical method, the numerical method of the paper can be wildly used in the application.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
