Technological aspects of manufacturing SWIR sensitive detector on the basis of InP/InGaAs/InP photocathode and electron-bombarded CCD are given. Scheme of the digital camera for long distance detection is represented. SWIR camera operating mode and properties in case of implementation of impulse laser source are discussed.

In the article a methods of results reliability increasing during diagnosing a person’s condition by pulse oximeter are considered. A new method of estimating the reliability of the measurement results of the parameters of the pulse wave and the method of tuning the optical part of the pulse oximeter are proposed. The use of this technique allows to make the insignificant of number errors influence on the measurements results. The experimental data about the various people condition research are presented.

The technology of creation the photocathode with quantum efficiency at the level of 5% based on the InP/InGaAs heterostructures is given. The effect of decreasing the quantum efficiency of the photosensitive structure on radiant sensitivity is considered. Several variants of realization of vacuum photoelectronic device with InP/InGaAs photocathode for special purposes are represented.
