Cixidia confinis (Zetterstedt, 1828) is recorded from the north of Saint Petersburg and from the Kurgalsky Reserve and near Volkovitsy village in Leningrad Province after the series of larvae collected since late April to late May 2019 with the adults appeared later in the laboratory. Until the present C. confinis was known from Russia only after few specimens. The photos of alive adults and larvae of C. confinis are provided for the first time.

The genera Pristocera Klug and Pristepyris Kieffer from Russia and neighboring countries are reviewed for the first time. Pristocera is represented in Russia by two species. Pristocera depressa (Fabricius) is first recorded from a number of regions in southwestern European Russia (Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Kabardino-Balkaria, Chechnya, Ingushetia, and North Ossetia Republics), as well as for Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Turkey. The illustrated redescriptions of both sexes of the type species of Pristocera depressa is provided, and the lectotype of Bethylus depressus from J.C. Fabricius collection is designated. A new species, Pristocera morawitzi sp. nov. is described and illustrated based on males and females from south of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia. Pristepyris is represented in Russia by single species, Pristepyris masii (Giordani Soika). It is also indicated for the first time from Rostov and Volgograd Provinces and Stavropol Territory of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. A previously unknown female of P. masii is described and illustrated. The original key to both sexes of all studied genera and species is provided.

Celonites montanus Mocsáry, 1906, described from the Alai Range in Kyrgyzstan, is synonymized with C. kostylevi Panfilov, 1961, syn. nov. and C. haemorrhoidalis Gusenleitner, 2012, syn. nov. (both also described from Kyrgyzstan). The species is reported from Kazakhstan (Almaty Province) for the first time. It was collected at nototribic flowers of Lagochilus platyacanthus Rupr. (Lamiaceae). Trophic relationships between C. montanus and its forage plant are discussed.

Thе genus Dissomphalus Ashmead is recorded from Russia for the first time. The new species Dissomphalus oksanae sp. nov. is described and illustrated based on males from Krasnodar Territory of Russia. This is the first record of the Western Palaearctic Dissomphalus based on males.

The genus Parascleroderma Kieffer, 1904 belonging to the subfamily Pristocerinae is recorded from Russia for the first time. Two new species of this genus are described and illustrated from males: P. astrakhanicum sp. nov. from the Astrakhan Province and P. austrouralicum sp. nov. from the Orenburg Province. A key for both Russian species is provided. Morphological differences of the pristocerine genera Parascleroderma and Foenobethylus Kieffer, 1913 are discussed.
