The kinetic constants method is applied t o t h e case of thalloua halide dimers t o evaluate the molecular constants suoh as, potential constants, compliance constants, mean amF1itUdeS of vibration, c o r i o l i s coupling constants and centrifugal d i s t o r t i o n 1 constants, using the recent vibrational frequencies. of mean m p l i t u d e of vibration obtdned by t h i s method are i n 2 good agreement w i t h the experimental values. functions of thalloua f louride f o r eleven temperatures ranging from lOOK t o 1000K are calculated on the b a s i s of rigid-rotor, harmonic-oscillator approximation and are reported.
