Studies on individual entrepreneurial orientation as well as the relationship between innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking have not received much attention in the entrepreneurship literature. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between the components of individual entrepreneurial orientation and examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education, individual entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial intention. The model developed was tested on 231 management and business students who have completed an entrepreneurship education program in the university. The data obtained were processed using PLS-SEM statistical programming to evaluate the outer and inner structure of the model. This study indicates that most of the arguments of the model compilers as explicitly observed in determining the effect of proactiveness on innovation have been confirmed. At the same time, risk-taking was discovered not to affect personal innovativeness. Entrepreneurship education was also proven to have affected individual entrepreneurial orientation, while only innovativeness and risk-taking were confirmed to have the ability to increase entrepreneurial intention. The findings succeeded in filling the void related to the study on the relationship dynamics between the dimensions forming individual entrepreneurial orientation. They also comprehensively complement the study model designed in the scope of individual entrepreneurial orientation, which was partially completed. Therefore, the results are expected to provide direction for educators and scholars in the area of entrepreneurship.
Social media is an online media that is now very developed in the world of communication and business. Instagram is one of the social media that is widely used by people to get information or run a business. In this study, researchers wanted to see the effect of Instagram content on interest in visiting with online engagement as a mediating variable. This research was conducted quantitatively with structural equation modeling where the researcher had an initial research model. After testing the validity and reliability, the researcher has a final research model. The respondents in this study were 96 UC_IBMRC Instagram followers. The results of this study indicate that Instagram content has an effect on visiting interest. Instagram content affects online engagement. Online engagement has an effect on interest in visiting and at the same time becomes a variable that partially mediates the relationship between Instagram content and interest in visiting.

Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and Total Quality Management (TQM) are often referred to as antecedents of growth, competitive advantage and business performance by previous research. This research is the first investigation in a literature study that attempts to show the relationship between EO and TQM concepts on business performance. In this study, we use a multidimensional model on EO and TQM concepts and test a series of hypotheses related to business performance using student business data surveys in the MSMEs scale of Surabaya, East Java. It is expected that the results of this study can answer prepositional questions, whether the two strategies can help improve the performance of MSME-scale businesses in developing countries.
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the entrepreneurial environment on organizational performance with Intrapreneurial competency as a mediating variable at the IBM Student Union, Ciputra University. Respondents of this study were all 47 IBM student union Ciputra University with saturated sample method. The results of this study indicate that the organizational environment affects intrapreneurial competency, organizational environment affects organizational performance, and intrapreneurial competency affects organizational performance and partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial environment and organizational performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan Intrapreneurial competency sebagai variabel mediasi pada IBM Student Union Universitas Ciputra. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh 47 orang IBM student union Universitas Ciputra dengan metode sampel jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan organisasi mempengaruhi intrapreneurial competency, lingkungan organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi, dan intrapreneurial competency mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi serta memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara lingkungan kewirausahaan dengan kinerja organisasi.
Ciputra University is a private institution established with expectation to boost the economic rate of Indonesia. The graduates of Ciputra Universityare expected to become entrepreneurs with positive contributions for the country. The students are encouraged to start up their business in their second semester and to sustain their business until they graduate. Each business project is being assisted by a mentor to help the growth. However, fact showed that the number of sustainable business was small. This research aims to discuss about how to maximize the roles of mentor in order to maintain the Ciputra University students’ business sustainability. The research was done qualitatively by implementing semistructured interviews to eight respondents with three different criteria. The results showed that to become a mentor that can maintain the students’ business sustainability, one must possess three aspects: anobservant personality, a problem solver, and with years of experience.
