Silicon oxide nanowires which contains Au nanoparticles or an Au nanowire were fabricated by thermal evaporation chemical vapor deposition method using Au as catalyst. Silicon oxide wafers were used as the collector. The diameters of silicon oxide nanowires range from 20 to 150 nm. The larger the diameter of Si nanowire is, the larger the diameter of embedded Au nanoparticles. The separation between Au nanoparticles increases with the diameter. Different forms of silicon oxide nanowires were observed at different growth temperature: silicon oxide nanowires embedded with Au-containing nanoparticles at 1250 degrees C and Au/silicon oxide coaxial nanocable at 1425 degrees C. Using KCN solution, the nanoparticles or the nanocable inside silicon oxide nanowires were extracted, leaving hollow silicon oxide nanotubes.
This study is to empirically determine whether there is a difference accordingly by verifying the effect on satisfaction of national correctional oraganization and private correctional organization. To this end, organizational factors such as sense of mission are used as independent variables in this study and I tested the influencing factors of organizational factors on organizational satisfaction through multiple regression analysis throughout a research model with demographic and sociological characteristics of two oraganization staffs as control variables and organizational satisfaction as dependent variables study result have shown that role conflict had a negative effect on organizational satisfaction in two oraganization that national correctional oraganization value a sense of mission compared to other factors and communication is more important than a sense of mission in private correctional organization. Therefore, considering that this study has limitations in that there are differences in bureaucratic sociological perspectives and representation of samples, I suggested the need for an organizational plan of motivational strategy mission-building and communication activation and production-oriented organizational management plan strategies to minimize role conflict conforming to the characteristics of both organizations, etc as an implication
In this study, we selected the discharge stations with a high probability of error occurrence using a logistic regression model, and evaluated the appropriateness of the evaluation level of the discharge station proposed by MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) through the case analysis of the maintenance. As a result, among the class A stations proposed by MOLIT, stations occurred frequent errors in the regression model and case analysis of the maintenance are Janghowon, Heungcheon, Bupyeong station. Therefore, this discharge stations are considered to be a station where the adjustment of evaluation level of MOLIT is needed. The purpose of this study is to produce more stable observation data by priority stations selection and managing maintenance to cope with increasing number of discharge stations with limited manpower and equipment.
