Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão integrativa da literatura acerca da Sexualidade do idoso e a atuação do enfermeiro frente à prevenção de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (ISTs) em idosos. Métodos: Trata-se de uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura (RIL). Deu-se por meio de buscas de informações sobre a temática em bases de dados como: Scielo, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Latindex e Google Acadêmico. Tendo como critérios de inclusão artigos completos publicados em português, inglês e espanhol; artigos na íntegra que abordassem o tema exposto e artigos publicados e indexados de 2014 até 2020. Sendo encontrados 135 artigos, onde 14 foram selecionados. Foram excluídos artigos de tese, dissertação e carta do editor. Resultado: Tendo como resultado para o fluxograma 5 classes. Equiparando as porcentagens das palavras no corpus, a classe 1 condiz a 17,2% de palavras no corpus, classe 2 corresponde a 16,8%, classe 3 corresponde a 18,3%, classe 4 corresponde a 23,1% e classe 5 corresponde a 24,6%. Conclusão: A construção da RIL proporcionou conhecimento enriquecedor, possibilitando a observação e entendimento sobre as ISTs e aumento do número de caso reflexo das lacunas existentes perante essa temática e expansão de novos conhecimentos para os profissionais de enfermagem e acadêmicos.
A COVID denominado SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavírus 2) surgiu no final de dezembro de 2019, que rapidamente transformou-se em uma pandemia global. A COVID-19 é caracterizada por se apresentar como uma infecção respiratória aguda que progride rapidamente, podendo levar o paciente a condições graves ou críticas. Objetiva-se conhecer as evidências científicas sobre cuidados de enfermagem a pacientes com COVID-19 em unidades de terapia intensiva no período de 2020 a 2021. Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa do tipo Revisão Integrativa de Literatura (RIL). Mediante ao surgimento de uma nova doença houve a necessidade dos profissionais de enfermagem, atuantes nas UTI’s realizarem diversas mudanças e adaptações necessárias que proporcionassem uma assistência aos pacientes e proteção simultânea dos profissionais. Os profissionais de enfermagem realizam todos os cuidados embasados em evidências científicas e recomendações dos órgãos competentes no âmbito mundial e nacional no combate a COVID-19.
Objetivo: caracterizar as tecnologias/instrumentos para avaliação e tratamento de lesões por pressão construídos e validados nos últimos cinco anos. Métodos: revisão integrativa realizada em seis etapas, tendo como pergunta: “como são os instrumentos para avaliação e tratamento de lesões por pressão construídos e validados presentes na literatura científica dos últimos cinco anos?”, utilizando as bases de dados Base de Dados de Enfermagem; Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e Scientific Eletronic Library Online e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online; e como descritores: lesão por pressão, enfermagem e tecnologia. Foram incluídos artigos completos, em português e inglês, publicados nos últimos 5 anos e excluídas publicações incompletas, artigos repetidos e alheios à temática central e o objetivo do estudo. Mediante aplicação de filtros baseados nos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, leitura e análise inicial, seis artigos compuseram a amostragem final. Resultados: os estudos de construção e validação seguem rigor metodológico quanto à avaliação e processos de validação para utilização na prática assistencial ou na educação em saúde. Emergiram duas categorias para análise: tecnologias leves e leve-duras para avaliação e tratamento de lesões por pressão; e mídias, aplicativos e uso de inteligência artificial (IA) como ferramentas para avaliação e tratamento de lesões por pressão. Conclusão: foi possível caracterizar as tecnologias/instrumentos para avaliação e tratamento de lesões por pressão construídos e validados. As tecnologias desenvolvidas em plataformas digitais, aplicativos e recursos de web estão despontando dentre as ferramentas desenvolvidas recentemente pelos enfermeiros para o manejo de lesões por pressão.
Objetivo: Identificar na literatura quais as principais informações que deverão conter em um protocolo voltado a prevenção de extravasamento de drogas quimioterápicas. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada a partir das buscas pelos descritores nas bases de dados SCIELO, BDENF, LILACS e MEDLINE, os critérios de inclusão estabelecidos foram artigos completos, disponíveis nos idiomas português, inglês e publicados nos anos de 2015 a 2020. Resultados: Foram localizados 990 artigos nas bases de dados. Destes foram excluídos 723 artigos após a aplicação dos filtros e 9 por estar duplicado. Sendo selecionados 258 para leitura na íntegra e após a leitura foram excluídos 253 com amostra final de 05 artigos. Utilizou-se ainda a leitura do corpus pelo IRAMUTEQ e formou-se a nuvem de palavras resultando em três categorias sobre o tema abordado. Considerações finais: Existe a necessidade de desenvolver protocolos terapêuticos padronizados que atuem desde a prevenção do extravasamento de drogas quimioterápicas, até seu tratamento e redução dos efeitos adversos decorrentes do procedimento. Essa ferramenta assistencial é capaz de fornecer suporte técnico ao enfermeiro e sua equipe, maior esclarecimento acerca da terapêutica, identificação de riscos, auxiliando da tomada de decisão e intervenção em tempo hábil.
