The purpose of this research is to investigate the improvement of students' science process after implementing guided inquiry approach. This research was conducted at the sixth grade of elementary school of SD Islam Al Ikhlas Cipete in 2008/2009 academic year. This research used classroom action research. Moreover, the research instruments consist of lesson planning, students' sheet, and observation sheet. This research measures some skills such as observing, predicting, measuring, using devices, doing exercises, interpreting data, communicating, and summarizing. Meanwhile, data were obtained through test and observation sheet. Furthermore, from this research, there was only one aspect skill which has achieved the indicator of success. Three skills such as observing, measuring and doing exercises had achieved > 70% since the first cycle. Meanwhile, four skills such as predicting, interpreting data, communicating, and summarizing did not improve significantly. It caused by those skills were hard to be mastered by the sixth grade students due to those skills demand students' high level thinking. Therefore, to improve those skill aspects, the teacher should be more intensive in guiding students in order to students be able to learn general concepts, scientific principles, and developing creativity in solving science problems individually. The average percentage for process skills improve 10.55% from 62.89% to 73.44% with category was good. Thus, students' science process skills of the sixth grade of SD Islam Al Ikhlas Cipete could be improved by using guided inquiry approach.
This research is a quantitative study aimed to find the effect of the Google meet application on student interest in the University of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo by using experimental design research design using two parallel classes, one class is used for experimental treatments and one other class as a control class. There is a significant difference between the experimental class conducted by learning using the Google Meet application and the control class where the learning process is carried out directly (face to face). The highest interval of interest in learning is found in the experimental class with a score of 110 and the lowest with a score of 94 with an average interval of 101.84. While the control class only had the highest score of 106 and the lowest score of 70 with an average interval of 89.52. So with this overall data that learning using the Google meet application has a very high influence on student interest in learning this is because the learner is very easy to implement, time is flexible and can be implemented where each student is located.
This study aimed to analyze the contribution of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) basic skills to student social media utilization activities. Quantitative research was determined as a method with regression analysis. A total of 144 students selected randomly participated in this research. The research instrument used a five-scale questionnaire, consisting of 32 items of ICT skill instruments and 20 items for social media utilization instruments. The results showed a high level of ICT students' basic skills and social media use activities. There is a contribution of basic ICT skills to student social media utilization activities. The higher of the basic skill of ICT causes the higher the level of activity utilization of their social media. Research recommendations suggest efforts to improve students' basic ICT skills.
This study aims to analyze the influence of parental attention on students learning motivation in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses a quantitative approach. As many as 30 madrasah Tsanawiyah children aged 13-16 years were sampled in the study, they were given 20 questions related to learning motivation and parental attention. The selection of samples was conducted randomly in the pabuaran sub-district of Serang Regency, Banten Province in 2021. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Research instruments using questionnaires through Google Form. The data analysis method is done with the help of a computer software application program, SPSS 25 for windows. From the results of the data analysis known regression equation Y = 11.075 + 0.696. While the results of the T test obtained the results of the provisions of the Jubilee for df = 28 with an error rate of 0.05 or 5% is 1,701. While Thitung obtained from this study showed a value of 4,140. Because t hitung > t table = 4,140 > 1,701 ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. And the results of the calculation of determination test obtained the number R² of 0.380 or 38%. This indicates that the percentage influence of independent variables affects dependent variables by 38% while the rest by (100-38% = 62%) influenced by other variables or indicators not studied in this study. Thus, the results of the study concluded the influence of parental attention to the motivation of learning madrasah Tsanawiyah students in the district pabuaran Serang Banten Province. This study recommends parents to pay more attention to the child so that the child's learning motivation increases.

The purpose of this research is to overcome student’s misconception towards nervous system material through concept map. This research applies action research as the method which consists of four steps in namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research is class B of the 9th-grade students of SMPN 2 Legok Kabupaten Tangerang. The total of students is 34 students. This action research was held in October 2012. The results of research reveal that the application of concept map in nervous system learning material is able to overcome misconception problem of the students. Cycle 1 reveals that the misconception reduced to as much as 36.5% and it increases in cycle 2 for as much as 40.6%.
